The end user device determines a user position and determines a container position of the medicine container. The end user device presents navigation information that facilitates movement by the user towards the medicine container. In other embodiments, a display device can be from among a group of display devices according to a position of the user in the premises; and a video conference can be established with the communication device of the healthcare provider that is presented at the display device of the user.
