A hook device includes a hook base, an attractive member, a slider and a hook. The hook base includes a containing chamber, in which the containing chamber has an opening. The attractive member is set in a sidewall of the containing chamber and is opposite to the opening. The slider is disposed within the containing chamber, in which the slider has a top surface. The hook is disposed in the containing chamber and is on the top surface of the slider, in which a magnetic attractive power is induced between the hook and the attractive member. The hook may further include a secondary hook base having a hook groove corresponding to the opening. A portion of the hook is removed out through the opening of the containing chamber and is clipped in the hook groove by pushing the slider.

A handheld GPS device has a device body. A base band processor is installed in the device body. Three antennas with high directivity are respectively installed perpendicular to three surfaces of the device body for receiving GPS signals. A control device is coupled to the base band processor and the antennas with high directivity. At least two switches are respectively coupled to the control device and each of the three switches corresponds to one of the three antennas with high directivity. One of the switches enables the control device to permit the base band processor receiving GPS signal from the corresponding antenna with high directivity when the frame triggers one of the switches.

An electronic device including a first housing, a first lock mechanism disposed in the first housing, a second housing, and a second lock mechanism disposed at the second housing is provided. The first housing has a first surface. The second housing pivoted to the first housing is suitable for rotating relatively to the first housing. The second housing has a second surface and a third surface which are respectively disposed at the two opposite sides of the second housing. When the second surface is closed to the first surface and a first portion of the second lock mechanism is protruded from the second surface, the first portion is locked with the first lock mechanism. When the third surface is closed to the first surface and a second portion of the second lock mechanism is protruded from the third surface, the second portion is locked with the first lock mechanism.

A web camera suitable for capturing an image data and storing the image data in a portable storage device is provided. The web camera includes a photosensitive device, a processing chip, and a dynamic image processing chip. The photosensitive device is suitable for capturing the image data. The processing chip is coupled to the photosensitive device and is suitable for receiving the image data output by the photosensitive device. The dynamic image processing chip is coupled to the processing chip. When the image data is a dynamic image data, the dynamic image processing chip outputs a control signal to the processing chip, and the processing chip stores the image data into the portable storage device according to the control signal.

A portable electronic device includes a casing, an active function area, a passive function area and at least a heat pipe is provided. The active function area is provided inside the casing. The active function area has at least one processor, at least one input device and at least one output device. The passive function area is independent of the active function area. The processor and the passive function area are connected by the heat pipe, by which the heat generated by the processor is conducted. The heat generated by the active function area is conducted by the heat pipe to the independent passive function area effectively. Therefore, the portable electronic device has a better heat dissipating effect.

A wireless communication system transmits and receives electronic voice signals between a wireless communication device and a wireless networking device at a call bitrate stored in the wireless communication device. By using the call bitrate when transmitting and receiving call signals, the wireless communication system is able to eliminate delays in the call signals caused if the signal becomes worse.

A power supply system suitable for being located in a computer is provided. The system includes a first voltage regulator module (VRM), a second VRM, a first switch unit, and a second switch unit. The first VRM is used to supply a first power. The second VRM is used to supply a second power. The first switch unit is used for controlling the first power to be transmitted to a first central processing unit (CPU) socket by a first power supply path or to a second CPU socket by a second power supply path. The second switch unit is used for controlling the second power to be transmitted to the first CPU socket by the third power supply path or to the second CPU socket by the fourth power supply path.

A multi-media file automatic updating method and a software program thereof is disclosed in the present invention. The method includes: through setting the sequence to play a plural of multi-media files, automatically copying a part of the multi-media files to the storage space of a portable device according to the playing sequence; when the portable device connecting to the host, automatically judging the multi-media files stored in the storage space which have been completely played; automatically deleting the multi-media files which have been completely played; and automatically copying a part of the multi-media files following the multi-media files stored in the storage space to the storage space according to the playing sequence, thereby performing the updating between the host and the portable device automatically and orderly according to the sequence of the multi-media files.

A transient voltage compensation apparatus and a power supply using the same are provided. The power supply mainly uses an energy transferring circuit coupled between an input terminal and an output terminal of a power converter. When a load of the power supply is switched in a very short time, a power coupled to the energy transferring circuit is retrieved to compensate the output of the power supply, such that the output voltage is kept steady, and the transient response of the power supply is increased.
