Abstract: A closed-loop liquid cooling system includes a liquid coolant conduit, a cold plate, a pump and a heat exchanger. The liquid coolant conduit is in proximity to a heat-generating electrical component. The liquid coolant conduit allows circulation of a liquid coolant to extract heat therefrom. The liquid coolant conduit includes an inner portion that surrounds and contains the liquid coolant, and an outer portion configured to prevent or inhibit leakage of the liquid coolant from the inner portion and also detect any leakage from the inner portion. The cold plate is in thermal communication with the liquid coolant. The pump is configured to transport the liquid coolant in the liquid coolant conduit. The heat exchanger is coupled to the liquid coolant conduit to extract heat therefrom.

Abstract: Pole mounts, pole mount kits, and poly mount assemblies are disclosed. Each kit and assembly includes a pole mount with a mounting bracket including a pair of coupling plates and at least one retaining plate. Abstract: Systems and methods for generating, distributing, and using performance mode BIOS configurations are disclosed. Each performance mode BIOS configuration can be a unique set of BIOS setting values that have been established to optimize a particular performance parameter or set of performance parameters, such as boot speed or operating system installation speed. Based on a given hardware configuration and/or set of performance parameters, one or more performance mode BIOS configurations can be packaged and transferred to a memory of a BMC in the form of one or more configuration payloads. The BIOS Setup Utility can display all configuration payloads, such as listed by the type of performance mode (e.g., “Boot Speed Performance Mode” and “OS Installation Performance Mode”), that are available in the BMC memory and allow a user to overwrite the memory containing the current BIOS configuration with a selected configuration payload.

Abstract: A system includes one or more data processors and a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium containing instructions which, when executed on the one or more data processors, cause the one or more data processors to perform operations. The operations include receiving a modified basic input-output system (BIOS) setting using an application programming interface (API). The modified BIOS setting includes an attribute describing at least one extensible firmware interface (EFI) variable. The operations further include storing the modified BIOS setting in a future setting data structure in a baseboard management controller (BMC). The operations further include providing a current setting data structure stored in the BMC. The operations further include replacing at least a portion of the current setting data structure with the modified BIOS setting to provide a modified current setting data structure. The modified current setting data structure is then applied to the system.

Abstract: A smart pole assembly for a telecommunication network and a method for opening a cover assembly of the smart pole assembly are disclosed. The smart pole assembly includes a base frame having a hollow interior space for receiving at least one telecommunication device; a pole fixed to the base frame and having a pole top configured to facilitate transmitting or receiving of communications between the telecommunication device and another telecommunication device; and a cover assembly coupled to and enclosing the base frame. The cover assembly fully encloses the hollow interior space in the closed state for protecting the at least one telecommunication device. Abstract: An example computing system includes an I/O module that is securable to the computer chassis. The I/O module includes a gear rack. In additional implementations, the computing system includes a fastening assembly which has a fastener configured to receive an external rotational force from a user. In other implementations, the fastening assembly includes a thread mechanism having first and second portions. The first portion of the thread mechanism are rotatably fixed to the fastener. In other implementations, the fastening assembly includes a gear rotatably fixed to the second portion of the thread mechanism, the gear being configured to engage a gear rack coupled to the I/O module. Upon receiving the external rotational force, the thread mechanism also causes (a) the gear to rotate and (b), in turn, linear movement of the gear rack to (c) secure or unsecure the I/O module relative to the computer chassis.
