The glass substrate includes a silicon oxide, an aluminum oxide, a boron oxide, an alkaline earth metal oxide, and an alkali metal oxide in a total amount of 90 mol % or more, and includes the alkali metal oxide in a total amount of 12 mol % or less.
The transparent conductive film includes an indium oxide film containing tin, and a tin oxide film containing at least one of tantalum, antimony and fluorine, in this order from a glass substrate side.
The indium oxide film is formed directly on the glass substrate, a refractive index and an extinction coefficient of the indium oxide film at a wavelength of 1.3 μm is less than 0.4, and greater than 0.4, respectively.
A film thickness of the tin oxide film is greater than 35 nm.-

Abstract: A vacuum insulating glazing unit is described. The vacuum insulating glazing unit has a first glass pane and a second glass pane; a set of discrete spacers positioned between the first and second glass panes, maintaining a distance between the first and the second glass panes; a hermetically bonding seal sealing the distance between the first and second glass panes over a perimeter thereof; an internal volume defined by the first and second glass panes and the set of discrete spacers and closed by the hermetically bonding seal, where the internal volume has an absolute vacuum pressure of less than 0.1 mbar; and an absolute difference between a coefficient of thermal expansion of the first glass pane and a coefficient of thermal expansion of the second glass pane is at most 0.40*10−6/° C.

Abstract: A vacuum insulating glazing unit includes a first glass pane having a thickness Z1, and a second glass pane made of prestressed glass having a thickness, Z2, where Z1 is greater than Z2 (Z1>Z2) The glazing unit also includes a set of discrete spacers positioned between the first and second glass panes and a hermetically bonding seal sealing the distance between the first and second glass panes over a perimeter. A vacuum of pressure less than 0.1 mbar is created in an internal volume V. A thickness ratio, Z1/Z2, of the thickness of the first glass pane, Z1, to the thickness of the second glass pane, Z2, is equal to or greater than 1.30 (Z1/Z2≥1.30).

Abstract: A glass panel includes a first glass substrate, a second glass substrate, a spacer profile at the periphery of the glass panel between the first and the second glass substrate. There is an intermediate substrate in the intermediate space between the first and the second glass substrates, the substrate having a first coefficient of thermal expansion, and means to maintain the intermediate substrate within the intermediate space. The panel also includes a second profile, having a second coefficient of thermal expansion, positioned facing the inner face of the spacer profile within the intermediate space between the first and second glass substrates of the glass panel. The second profile carries the means to maintain the intermediate substrate within the intermediate space. A difference between the first coefficient of thermal expansion and the second coefficient of thermal expansion is less than or equal to 20%.

Abstract: A dimming laminate (10) includes: a dimming substrate (18) in which a dimming function material (16) is provided between two first transparent substrates (12) and (14); and a second transparent substrate (22) that is bonded to one first transparent substrate (12) through an adhesive layer (20). Each of the first transparent substrates (12) and (14) has a different average thermal expansion coefficient at 50-350° C. from that of the second transparent substrate (22). In the dimming laminate (10), a third transparent substrate (26) is bonded to the other first transparent substrate (14) through an adhesive layer (24), and an average thermal expansion coefficient at 50-350° C. is equal between the third transparent substrate (26) and the second transparent substrate (22).
