Abstract: A thermal dissipation device for a handheld electronic device is provided. The thermal dissipation device includes a thermoelectric cooling chip, a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor, and a processing unit. The thermoelectric cooling chip has a cold surface and a hot surface. The cold surface is attached on a heating surface of the handheld electronic device by means of a heat conduction structure, and has a cold surface temperature. The temperature sensor and the humidity sensor are disposed in an area adjacent to the thermoelectric cooling chip for generating an environmental temperature and an environmental humidity respectively. The processing unit is configured to calculate a dew point temperature based on the environmental temperature and the environmental humidity; and determine whether to stop the thermoelectric cooling chip or not based on the cold surface temperature, the dew point temperature, and a heating surface temperature of the handheld electronic device.

Abstract: A dial control method applied to an electronic device is provided. The electronic device has a storage unit configured to store a plurality of functions. The functions comprise a first function and a second function. The first function is a constant function, and the second function is a non-linear function. The electronic device is electrically connected to a dial module, and the dial module rotates to generate rotation data. The dial control method comprises: receiving a selection signal and selecting one of the functions based on the selection signal; receiving the rotation data and calculating a tick number per unit time based on the rotation data; transforming the tick number per unit time into an output tick number based on the selected function; and controlling the electronic device based on the output tick number. A dial control system is further provided.

Abstract: A power supply health check system for checking a health state of an under-test power supply is provided. The under-test power supply supplies power to a main board which has a voltage signal during operation. The health check system includes a detecting module, a deep learning model, and a processing unit. The detecting module is electrically connected to the main board to detect the voltage signal and convert the voltage signal into a digital signal. The deep learning model is established by using frequency-domain voltage data of a plurality of healthy power. The processing unit is configured to: collect the digital signal and store the digital signal as under-test time-domain voltage data; convert the under-test time-domain voltage data into under-test frequency-domain voltage data; and calculate, based on the under-test frequency-domain voltage data and the deep learning model, a health indicator for determining the health state of the under-test power supply.

Abstract: A detecting method for a behavior disorder event during rapid-eye-movement sleep is provided. The detecting method includes: collecting a heart rate value and a motion value of a user per epoch within a time period; generating a plurality of corresponding sleep condition values by using the motion values, to distinguish epochs into an awake period and a sleep period; transforming the motion values corresponding to the sleep period into a score according to a predetermined rule, to generate a plurality of sleep depth scores, and distinguishing the sleep period into a light sleep period and a deep sleep period by using the sleep depth scores; grouping the heart rate values corresponding to the deep sleep period as a high heart rate group and a low heart rate group; and determining, when the motion values corresponding to the high heart rate group satisfy a condition, that a behavior disorder event happens.
