Abstract:
A chip stacking structure includes a first chip and a second chip. The first chip includes a surface having a first group of pads formed thereon, and the second chip includes a surface having a second group of pads formed thereon. The second group of pads is bonded onto the first group of pads to define a plurality of capillary passages extending in a same direction. The chip stacking structure further includes an underfill filling up interspaces between the first chip and the second chip. The chip stacking structure is capable of avoiding chip deformation and cracking during a bonding process.
Abstract:
A portable electronic device includes a housing, a substrate, a radiation conductor and a short circuit conductor. The housing defines an accommodating space and includes a frame that has a body portion and a radiation portion. The substrate is disposed in the accommodating space, is surrounded by the frame, and has a grounding portion. The radiation conductor is disposed in the accommodating space, is electrically coupled to the radiation portion, and includes a feed-in point. The short circuit conductor is electrically coupled between one end of the radiation portion and the grounding portion.
Abstract:
The present invention is to provide a system including at least one storage device for storing at least one file each having a file name, a home gateway having a routing identification code and connected to the storage device, and a server connected to the home gateway via the Internet for receiving the routing identification code and the file name uploaded by the home gateway. The server stores a user's registration information corresponding to the routing identification code. When a terminal device connected to the server via the Internet uses the registration information to pass the server's verification and thus log in the server, the server transmits the file name to the terminal device and, when receiving a request instruction from the terminal device, then retrieves the file from the storage device by way of the home gateway and then sends the file to the terminal device as requested.
Abstract:
A power supply apparatus with an inrush current prevention circuit is applied to a parallel power bus. The power supply apparatus includes a filter capacitor and a current control unit. The current control unit is electrically connected to the filter capacitor. The current control unit controls a charged current flowing through the filter capacitor to prevent an inrush current generated in the parallel power bus.
Abstract:
A composition comprising from 0.005% to 0.02% bimatoprost by weight and from 100 ppm to 250 ppm benzalkonium chloride, wherein said composition is an aqueous liquid which is formulated for ophthalmic administration is disclosed herein. A method which is useful in treating glaucoma or ocular hypertension related thereto is also disclosed herein.
Abstract:
A regulator for regulating a charge pump is provided. The regulator includes a comparator having a first input end capable of receiving a first voltage and a second input end capable of receiving a second voltage for determining enabling or disabling the charge pump. The first voltage is associated with an output voltage of the charge pump. The second voltage is associated with an internal power voltage and a reference voltage Vref.
Abstract:
A composition comprising from 0.005% to 0.02% bimatoprost by weight and from 100 ppm to 250 ppm benzalkonium chloride, wherein said composition is an aqueous liquid which is formulated for ophthalmic administration is disclosed herein.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a toilet assembly which includes a case and a toilet bowl. The toilet bowl extends from a bottom of the case and toward a direction away from the case, wherein the case is disposed with at least one partition. The partition divides an interior of the case into a first reservoir area and a urinal area. The first reservoir area is adapted to reserve water. At least one surface of the urinal area is formed with an opening, and the opening is adapted for a user to urinate. Thereby, the urinal area can be formed in one piece with and on one side of the toilet assembly. Consequently, it can save the use of water consuming when male users urinates, and it can save the space in the lavatory. Further, the male users can urinate in front of the urinal area without opening the seat lid.
Abstract:
A ventilative vehicle seat back of the present invention includes a main body, at least one air channel, plural air holes, and a deflector. The main body has a reclining surface, two side surfaces and a first connecting portion. One of the side surfaces is formed with at least one inlet, and the first connecting portion is located at the side surface which is formed with the inlet. The air channel is formed on the main body and communicates with the inlet. The air holes are formed on the reclining surface and communicate with the air channel. The deflector has a second connecting portion. The second connecting portion is connected to the first connecting portion. Thereby, the ventilative vehicle seat back of the present invention provides better ventilation so that a user doesn't feel hot and stuffy when reclining on the seat back.
