    摘要: A photo-sensing LCD touch device with a light guide plate is provided. The light guide plate is disposed in an LCD touch panel, and a light source is disposed on one side of the light guide plate to provide lights into the light guide plate, yielding an occurrence of total reflection of the lights in the light guide plate. When a touch object touches the light guide plate, the total reflection of the lights would be decomposed so that the lights are emitted out of the light guide plate. Therefore, a photo-sensor can detect a variance of a photo-current of the scattered lights to accurately determine a touched position. Accordingly, the LCD touch device would not rely on ambient light and can avoid a drawback of an undesirable shadow.

    摘要: A fabrication method of a thin film transistor includes providing a substrate at first. Thereafter, a first gate is formed on the substrate. An insulator is then formed to cover the first gate and a portion of the substrate. After that, a channel structure is formed on the insulator above the first gate. In addition, a metal layer is formed to cover the channel structure and a portion of the insulator. Next, the metal layer is patterned, and at least the metal layer on two sidewalls of the channel structure is retained to form a source and a drain, respectively. Moreover, a passivation layer is formed to at least cover the source, the drain and a portion of the insulator.

    摘要: A touched position identification method for identifying a position touched by an object on an optical touch panel is provided. The optical touch panel includes optical sensors, a light guide plate and a controllable light source. The controllable light source is disposed at a light incident side of the light guide plate. In the method, a turn-on action and a turn-off action are alternatively performed on the controllable light source with a predetermined interval. At least an nth and a (n+2)th image data corresponding to the turn-on action and a (n+1)th and a (n+3)th image data corresponding to the turn-off action is obtained through the optical sensors, wherein n is a natural number. An operation is performed on the image data to obtain a first comparative data and a second comparative data, and the position touched by the object is identified according to the first and the second comparative data.

The first and the second lines are electrically connected to the active device array.
