    摘要: A patterned sapphire substrate manufacturing method uses two-section dip etching procedure to improve the lateral etching rate at each etching position, so as to produce a concave-convex pattern composed of a plurality of triangular pyramid structures protruded from a surface onto an upper surface of a sapphire substrate, such that less planar area of the sapphire substrate surface will remain, and a mixed solution of sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid is used in a first dip etching step, and pure phosphoric acid or a mixed solution of sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid is used in a second dip etching step for etching the sapphire substrate to control the inclination of each triangular pyramid structure precisely, and providing a better light extraction rate for later manufactured light emitting diodes.

    摘要: A display module includes a planar display panel, a frame disposed under the planar display panel, a lower bezel disposed outside the frame, and an upper bezel disposed outside the planar display panel. The frame includes at least one side wall. The outer surface of the side wall includes a plurality of tenons and at least one fixing plate is coupled to the side wall. The fixing plate is contacted with a side of the planar display panel. The side wall of the lower bezel includes at least one first hole corresponding to a first tenon so that the first tenon can be engaged with the first hole. The side wall of the upper bezel includes at least one second hole corresponding to a second tenon so that the second tenon can be engaged with the second hole.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method of extracting oil of cloth via supercritical fluid, comprises the steps of: a cloth to be extracted is provided in an extracting tank; a gas is filled into a storing tank; a water-cooling machine is provided and served to cool down the temperature of the gas; a pump is provided and served to compress the gas; a water-heating machine is provided and served to raise the temperature of the gas so the gas becomes a supercritical fluid; and the supercritical fluid is inserted into the extracting tank for extracting the oil. By the above mentioned method, the cleanness of the cleanroom wiping cloth can be immediately sensed and obtained, and the gas can be recycled for achieving energy-saving.

    摘要: A controller system with programmable bi-directional input/output terminals includes a micro controller, a terminal block and an interface unit connected between the micro controller and the terminal block. The interface unit includes a predetermined number of uni-directional input terminals, a predetermined number of uni-directional output terminals, and a predetermined number of bi-directional terminals. The micro controller can selectively set the bi-direction terminals as input terminals or output terminals according to an ID signal from the interface unit or a user parameter. Therefore, the number of input/output terminals for the controller system can be flexibly adjusted.
