There are provided a composition for forming a conductive layer comprising 0.01˜0.1% by weight of a conductive black pigment, 0.05˜10% by weight of a binder,0.01˜50% by weight of a conductive agent, and the remaining amount of a solvent on the basis of the total weight of the composition, and a cathode ray tube (CRT) having the conductive layer formed by coating the composition on the outer surface of a panel, drying and heating the same, and a protective layer formed on the conductive layer. The conductive layer formed using the composition has excellent conductivity, contrast characteristics and film properties. Also, a clean color purity and high-quality body color are attained.

The present embodiments relate to a dye for a dye-sensitized solar cell and a dye-sensitized solar cell prepared from the same. The dye includes a fluorenyl-containing compound. The dye according to the present embodiments is applied to a light absorption layer to improve photovoltaic efficiency and increase an open-circuit voltage.

A method and apparatus for transmitting and receiving a Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest (HARQ) burst in a communication system are provided. A transmitter obtains at least one Protocol Data Unit (PDU) according to a decoding order of a receiver which supports a HARQ mode. The receiver controls an order of at least one HARQ burst using burst information including a HARQ Channel IDentifier (ACID).

A transparent electrode having thermal stability, composed of a transparent conductive material containing a pentavalent element, a method of fabricating the same, and a dye-sensitized solar cell including the electrode. The transparent electrode having thermal stability does not substantially deteriorate even when it is exposed to high temperatures and its conductivity is not reduced. Thus, the dye-sensitized solar cell including the electrode can have improved performance.

A method of improving picture quality in a composite video burst signal includes dividing the composite video burst signal into a plurality of frequency bands using a low pass filter and a high pass filter, performing wavelet packet filtering of frequency bands including a chrominance signal having energy higher than a specified threshold among the plurality of frequency bands, and performing Wiener filtering of frequency bands including a chrominance signal having energy lower than a specified threshold.

An apparatus and method for transmitting and receiving a symbol through a reverse control channel in a mobile communication system for providing packet data are provided. When reverse traffic is present, the apparatus and method can effectively demodulate and decode the reverse traffic. In a method for transmitting a reverse channel in the mobile communication system capable of discontinuously transmitting packet data, a transmission is performed by setting power of a Data Rate Indicator (DRI) channel to a predefined power when packet data is transmitted. When no packet data is transmitted, a transmission is performed by decreasing the power of the DRI channel.
