The storage container includes a cord member provided along an outer edge of an outer body in the shape of a plate or a hollow vessel, forming the exterior of the storage container, and an axis-determining clip configured to couple to cord members provided on each of adjacent outer bodies so as to be penetrated at once wherein as the axis-determining clip is coupled to at least one side among a plurality of sides forming the cord member, the outer body coupled by the axis-determining clip can be rotated about the axis-determining clip, thereby opening the storage container.

    摘要: Image sensors include a first insulation interlayer structure on a first surface of a substrate and having a multi-layered structure. A first wiring structure is in the first insulation interlayer structure. A via contact plug extends from a second surface of the substrate and penetrates the substrate to be electrically connected to the first wiring structure. Color filters and micro lenses are stacked on the second surface in a first region of the substrate. A second insulation interlayer structure is on the second surface in a second region of the substrate. A second wiring structure is in the second insulation interlayer structure to be electrically connected to the via contact plug. A pad pattern is electrically connected to the second wiring structure and having an upper surface through which an external electrical signal is applied. Photodiodes are between the first and second wiring structures in the first region.

A promoter of an AGR2 gene is expressed specifically in the chicken oviduct, and a recombinant expression vector includes the promoter and a desired gene for encoding a desired protein. The oviduct specific promoter and the recombinant expression vector including the promoter can induce the expression of a protein specifically in the oviduct, i.e., an organ that secrets proteins so as to accumulate with a large amount in the egg. Accordingly, the oviduct specific promoter and the recombinant expression vector of the present invention can be advantageously used to produce transformed chickens, which can massively yield useful elements of high added value, produce functional eggs, and improve the economic traits of the poultry.

    摘要: An apparatus and method for controlling the horizontal oscillation of an edge dam of a twin roll strip caster is provided. The apparatus includes an oscillation unit which horizontally oscillates an oscillation plate in accordance with an oscillation waveform so that an edge dam refractory coupled to the oscillation plate horizontally oscillates, a servo valve which outputs the oscillation waveform to the oscillation unit, and a control unit which applies the oscillation waveform to the servo valve, thus controlling the horizontal oscillation of the oscillation unit. The amplitude, frequency and waveform of the oscillation are variably controlled depending on casting conditions. The edge dam horizontally oscillates, using the servo valve and a hydraulic cylinder, thus rapidly removing edge skull and suppressing the generation and growth of skull, thereby preventing a casting roll or edge dam from being damaged.

    摘要: A system and method of recognizing absolute coordinates are provided. The absolute coordinate recognition system includes: a pattern recording medium in which each cell is diagrammatized, and a predetermined microcode is allocated to the pattern formed by each arrangement of the diagrammatized cells; a pattern sensing unit recognizing the microcode by sensing the pattern; and a signal processing unit calculating the position of the pattern sensing unit on the pattern recording medium, from the sensed pattern. By constructing the simpler patterns of the pattern recording medium, the absolute coordinate recognition system and method therefor enable imaging system and image sensor with not-high resolutions to recognize the patterns.

    摘要: A method of growing a germanium (Ge) epitaxial thin film having negative photoconductance characteristics and a photodiode using the same are provided. The method of growing the germanium (Ge) epitaxial thin film includes growing a germanium (Ge) thin film on a silicon substrate at a low temperature, raising the temperature to grow the germanium (Ge) thin film, and growing the germanium (Ge) thin film at a high temperature, wherein each stage of growth is performed using reduced pressure chemical vapor deposition (RPCVD). The three-stage growth method enables formation of a germanium (Ge) epitaxial thin film characterized by alleviated stress on a substrate, a lowered penetrating dislocation density, and reduced surface roughness.
