Abstract:
The problem of providing a technology that converts a Brassica rapa plant having self-incompatibility to having self-compatibility is addressed. The problem is solved by causing a pollen factor (SP11) to be inactive at a self-incompatibility gene locus for a Brassica rapa plant, while maintaining the inverted repeat sequence (SMI) on a class I dominant S haplotype.

A translation apparatus that can perform translation based on a correct syntax, a syntax evaluation apparatus employed in the translation apparatus, a syntax evaluation method, and a syntax evaluation program are provided. A syntax evaluation unit 13 includes a grammatical element guessing part 131 that guesses a grammatical element that should be connected before and after or after a word string indicated by first fragment data, and a grammatical element complementing part 132 that complements, based on the guessing result of the grammatical element guessing part 131, the first fragment data as necessary to generate second fragment data. When the grammatical element guessing part 131 guesses a grammatical element, the grammatical element complementing part 132 complements, at a location to which the grammatical element of the word string indicated by the first fragment data should be connected, a tag indicating the grammatical element in order to generate the second fragment data. When the grammatical element guessing part 131 does not guess a grammatical element, the grammatical element complementing part 132 handles the first fragment data as the second fragment data.

The isolated expression enhancer may be selected from the group consisting of nbEPI42 (SEQ ID NO:1); nbSNS46 (SEQ ID NO:2); nbCSY65 (SEQ ID NO:3); nbHEL40 (SEQ ID NO:4); and nbSEP44 (SEQ ID NO:5). Methods for using the isolated expression enhancer are also provided.

Provided is a compact two-dimensional electron spectrometer that is capable of variably adjusting the deceleration ratio over a wide range, and performing simultaneous measurement of the two-dimensional emission angle distribution with a high energy resolution over a wide solid angle of acquisition. The two-dimensional electron spectrometer is configured from: a variable deceleration ratio spherical aberration correction electrostatic lens; a cylindrical mirror type energy analyzer or a wide angle energy analyzer; and a projection lens. The variable deceleration ratio spherical aberration correction electrostatic lens is configured from: an electrostatic lens that consists of an axially symmetric spherical mesh having a concave shape with respect to a point source, and one or a plurality of axially symmetrical electrodes, and that adjusts the spherical aberration of charged particles generated from the point source; and an axially symmetric deceleration field generating electrode that is placed coaxially with the electrostatic lens.

In a sensor used in an energy harvesting system, electric power generated by a solar cell module is more efficiently utilized. In a sensor (100), a resistor (3) is connected in parallel with one of a first solar cell module (1a) and a second solar cell module (1b) that have mutually different current-voltage characteristics in the same illuminance environment and in series with the other one of the first solar cell module (1a) and the second solar cell module (1b). A first voltmeter (4a) measures a voltage (V1) across the first solar cell module (1a), and a second voltmeter (4b) measures a voltage (V2) across the second solar cell module (1b). A load (6) is fed with the electric power generated by the first solar cell module (1a) and the second solar cell module (1b).

Object information is associated with a visual marker, a training dataset generation jig that is configured from a base part and a marker is used, said base part being provided with an area that serves as a guide for positioning a target object and said marker being fixed on the base part, the target object is positioned using the area as a guide and in this condition an image group of the entire object including the marker is acquired, the object information that was associated with the visual marker is acquired from the acquired image group, a reconfigured image group is generated from this image group by performing a concealment process on a region corresponding to the visual marker or the training dataset generation jig, a bounding box is set in the reconfigured image group on the basis of the acquired object information, information relating to the bounding box, the object information, and estimated target object position information and posture information are associated with a captured image, and a training dataset for performing object recognition and position/posture estimation for the target object is generated.

A movement analysis device includes a sensor information acquisition unit and a swing identification processing unit. The sensor information acquisition unit acquires sensor information that is movement information from a sensor unit which is attached to a target person and which senses the movement of the target person. The swing identification processing unit individually identifies the time of the start of the movement and the time of the completion thereof with reference to a predetermined threshold value in a predetermined timing of the sensor information that is the movement information acquired from the sensor information acquisition unit. The swing identification processing unit identifies a movement within the range of the operation based on the time of the start of the movement and the time of the completion that are identified.
