Abstract: An driving motor with hybrid excitation of electromagnetism and invisible magnetic pole, wherein each magnetic pole comprises two first magnets, one second magnet and one third magnet; wherein the first magnet is placed along a diameter direction of a rotor core, the second magnet is located at a middle and lower portion of two first magnets of each magnetic pole corresponding to the second magnet at a diameter direction, and a magnetic isolation groove is disposed at an inner end of the first magnet and extends toward two sides of the inner end of the first magnet. The magnetic isolated air gap can adjust a spatial distribution of a magnetic field generated by permanent magnets of each pole to replace the permanent magnets, so as to save the number of the permanent magnets, reduce the weight of the motor, and reduce the cost of the motor.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an automatic leveling control method for a four-leg support working platform, which comprises the steps: determining the mass center position of the working platform, determining the main bearing quadrant and distinguishing active legs from the driven leg; adjusting the driven leg to weak state, controlling all legs to synchronously actuate for leveling; calculating the limit compensating actuation length of the driven leg, and performing compensating actuation until accomplishing the leveling process. The method is advantageous in: high speed, high robustness, no repeated oscillation. The mass center always stays within the bearing zone of the active legs, thus completely eliminating capsizing risk of the working platform. The compensating actuation of the driven leg ensures there is no weak leg, and hence high attitude and load-bearing stability of the working platform is achieved.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a construction method of a Mucor circinelloides cell factory for producing dihomo-γ-linolenic acid and a fermentation technology, belonging to the field of genetic engineering. In the present disclosure, γ-linolenic acid elongase gene glelo is obtained from Mortierella alpine by cloning, the gene is ligated to an integrative plasmid pMAT1552, and transformed into a Mucor circinelloides defective strain Mu402, and the gene glelo is integrated into Mucor circinelloides genome through homologous recombination, to obtain the recombinant strain Mc-glelo, and finally, the expression of the gene glelo in Mucor circinelloides is realized. The lipid content in the recombinant strain Mc-glelo is not obviously different from that in the control strain Mc1552, however, the lipid composition changes greatly, and dihomo-γ-linolenic acid appears in the lipids of the recombinant strain Mc-glelo, and the content thereof reaches 5.7% of the total fatty acids. Under optimized fermentation conditions and in the presence of precursor fatty acid, the DGLA content reaches 7.6%. The new recombinant strain was deposited in China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center on Jun. 20, 2018, with the address of No. 3, Courtyard 1, Beichen West Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing. The accession number given to the biological material by the collection center is CGMCC No. 15887, and the suggested taxonomic denomination is Mucor circinelloides-GLELO.

Abstract: A magnetic field assisted vibratory finishing device for a minute structure and a finishing method is provided. The device includes a rotating shaft, a workpiece clamping device, a magnetic field generating device, a vibration assisting device, a three-axis precision displacement platform and a base. Abstract: The present application discloses a dicarboxylic acid transporter and its encoding gene dit gene for increasing oil yield of Mucor circinelloides, the dit gene is cloned from the high-yield M. circinelloides WJ11, and the dit gene is transformed into M. circinelloides deficient strain Mu402, the dit gene is integrated into the genome of M. circinelloides by homologous recombination to obtain recombinant strain Mc-Dit. The total fatty acid content of the Mc-Dit strain increased by 33.76% and the intracellular lipid content may reach up to 17.67% of the dry biomass.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a mobile operating platform for a paddy field, including a body, a power generating device, a movement control system, a draft control system and an automatic leveling system, where the power generating device, the movement control system, the draft control system and the automatic leveling system are all mounted on the body. The present invention has a compact overall structure, and utilizes the pressure of a water flow to realize the movement of the platform, and can fully utilize the characteristics of the water flow to reduce power consumption, and avoid the use of a heavy and complicated traditional walking device, the entire mobile operating platform for a paddy field does not contact the ground, saving mechanical power and avoiding damage to an aquatic crop; the draft control system adjusts a draft by the amount of water filled in a closed cavity in the body.
