摘要: A system forms a part in an initial geometry (e.g., a sheet) into a desired geometry. The system includes a robot arm with an end effector, a model and a controller. The model receives an input geometry and an input parameter value indicating an interaction between the part and the end effector. The model determines an output geometry of the part based on the input geometry and the input parameter value. The controller receives the initial and desired geometries; applies the model to the initial geometry and to different input parameter values; based on output geometries of the model, determines a set of parameter values for controlling the robot arm; and controls the robot arm according to the determined set of parameter values to form the part into the desired geometry using the end effector.

摘要: An ultrasonic peening-type integrated machining method for cutting and extrusion includes: applying transverse ultrasonic vibration or a vibration component, which is vertical to a cutting speed direction to a cutting tool on a machine tool; setting a cutting parameter and an ultrasonic vibration parameter such that a dynamic negative clearance angle is generated in a cutting procedure and a flank face of the cutting tool conducts ultrasonic peening extrusion on the surface of the workpiece; setting an extrusion overlap ratio; setting a wear standard of flank faces extruded by the cutting tool; controlling a vibration cutting trajectory phase difference of the cutting tool during two adjacent rotations; and turning on the machine tool in order to ensure that cutting and surface extrusion strengthening of the workpiece are completed in one procedure without separate strengthening procedures. The method conducts extrusion strengthening on the surface of the workpiece while cutting the workpiece.

摘要: The present invention relates to a conveying accuracy related fault detectable integrated sheet body punching and grinding assembly, including frame, conveying trough seat and processing frame. The processing frame is provided with a punching device and a grinding device, the frame is provided with a feed motor and feed screw. The feed screw is sleeved with a movable feed block; the movable feed block is fixedly connected with a movable feed seat, and the movable feed seat is provided with a feed lift cylinder, the feed lift cylinder is provided with a feed lift block. The feed lift block is evenly disposed with feed blocks that are capable of passing through the feed conveying trough, and a vertically oriented beam emitter is disposed on the portion that the feed lift block corresponds with the grinding device. A beam receiver is embedded in the lower surface of the grinding component of the grinding device; the present invention provides a beam emitter capable of emitting a vertical beam on the feed block corresponding to the grinding device, matching with the beam receiver disposed under the grinding head of the grinding device, which may accurately detect the feeding position of the feed block, thereby improves the punching and grinding precision of sheet bodies.

The method provides for arranging the machine component in a container and constraining the machine component to the container. A polishing mixture is added in the container, and the container is caused to vibrate together with the machine component constrained thereto, thereby generating a polishing mixture flow along the airfoil portion until a final arithmetic average roughness is achieved.

According to the solution, the device includes an ultrasonic vibration mechanism capable of adjusting the spatial position of ultrasonic vibrators, the mechanism being arranged on a worktable; a NMQL grinding mechanism, arranged above a workpiece fixing table; and a grinding force measuring mechanism, including a dynamometer and a grinding force controller connected with the dynamometer, the dynamometer being arranged at the bottom of the ultrasonic vibration mechanism.
