    摘要: A retainer nut assembly for a fluid end of a pump system includes a fastener with a generally cylindrical configuration, first and second ends, external threads configured to engage corresponding threads of a fluid end block, and a cavity formed at the first end. A suction cap is configured to sealingly fit to the fluid end block. A load piston is movably disposed in the cavity adjacent the suction cap. A bore is formed through the fastener in communication with the cavity and provided with hydraulic fluid. A pressure piston is movably disposed in the bore. A threaded passageway is formed through the fastener in communication with the bore and open to the second end. A locking bolt is disposed in the threaded passageway and, when inserted into the threaded passageway, contacts the pressure piston and generates fluid pressure on the load piston.

An annular valve seat seal is disposed within an annular groove formed in a surface of the valve seat, where the annular valve seat seal is disposed at an interface between the valve seat and the clapper when the clapper is in the closed configuration.

    摘要: A valve assembly adapted for use in oil and gas operations. In one aspect, the valve assembly includes a valve body defining an internal region, an inlet passageway, and an outlet passageway, the inlet and outlet passageways extending into the internal region; a valve seat connected to the valve body and defining a fluid passageway; a clapper extending within the internal region and defining an annular groove; and a seal extending within the annular groove of the clapper and adapted to sealingly engage the valve seat. In an example embodiment, the clapper is actuable between an open configuration, in which fluid flow is permitted through the fluid passageway; and a closed configuration, in which the seal sealingly engages the valve seat to at least partially restrict fluid flow through the fluid passageway.

Each seal manifold includes a piston disposed within the seal manifold having a first end configured with a first surface area to interface with the pumping fluid and a second end configured with a second surface area to interface with the clean lubrication fluid, and a fluid port configured to provide fluid communication between the seal manifold and the annular grooves of the annular dynamic seals.

    摘要: A dart valve comprises a valve housing. The valve housing comprises a valve inlet, a valve outlet, a housing wall and an aperture extending through the housing wall between the valve inlet and valve outlet. The dart valve further comprises a valve cartridge. The valve cartridge comprises a cartridge housing configured to allow fluid to flow therethrough from a cartridge inlet to a cartridge outlet; and a valve plunger slidably mounted in the cartridge housing and configured to selectively allow fluid to flow from the cartridge inlet to the cartridge outlet. The valve cartridge is configured to be inserted through the aperture for removably mounting the valve cartridge within the valve housing, in a mounted position, such that the valve inlet is in communication with the cartridge inlet, the cartridge outlet is in communication with the valve outlet and fluid is able to flow from the valve inlet to the valve outlet through the valve cartridge.
