Abstract:
A fastener structure includes a body and a fastening portion. The fastening portion is provided on one end of the body, and includes a neck configured to be receivingly fastened into, assembled into or fitted with a coupling counterpart. Thus, the handle and the coupling counterpart may be assembled during use, and the handle may be removed from the coupling counterpart when not in use, achieving effects of easy operation and collision prevention. Further, the fastener structure may be assembled to a first object, and be fastening connected to a second object or removed from the second object so as to complete coupling or separation of at least two objects, achieving the effect of repeated quick coupling and separation.
Abstract:
An assembling die block includes a first main die having at least one first mounting section; a second main die having at least one second mounting section; at least one first matching die respectively having a first mating section to be correspondingly associated with the at least one first mounting section; and at least one second matching die respectively having a second mating section to be correspondingly associated with the at least one second mounting section. Wherein, there is a plurality of first mounting sections arrayed in a matrix; or there is a plurality of second mounting sections arrayed in a matrix; or there is a plurality of first mounting sections arrayed in a matrix and a plurality of second mounting sections arrayed in a matrix. An assembling apparatus using the above assembling die block is also disclosed.
Abstract:
An assembly module, an assembly apparatus, and a method of operating the assembly module are introduced. The assembly module includes a first assembly die, a second assembly die and at least one engagement die. The first assembly die has a plurality of first fitting portions. The second assembly die has a plurality of second fitting portions and corresponds in position to the first assembly die. The engagement die is removably disposed at a related point of at least one first fitting portion, at a related point of at least one second fitting portion or at related points of at least one first fitting portion and at least one second fitting portion. Therefore, the assembly module is effective in fitting a component and an assembly target together, easy to operate, and conducive to quick assembly.
Abstract:
A fastener structure includes a head portion, rod member and fitting member. The head portion has a lateral holding portion and vertical receiving portion. The rod member has a lateral attaching portion and engaging member. The rod member is penetratingly disposed at the receiving portion to allow the attaching portion to correspond in position to the holding portion. The fitting member is penetratingly disposed at the attaching portion and the holding portion to fit the head portion and the rod member together. To couple two objects together, the head portion drives an engaging portion of the rod member, such that the engaging portion penetrates one object before being fastened to the other object. To unfasten the objects, the head portion is moved reversely to remove the engaging portion from the other object, effecting separation of the objects, so as to achieve quick coupling and easy unfastening.
Abstract:
A quick release connecting device includes an actuating retainer and a fixing member movably assembled to the actuating retainer. The fixing member includes a pivot portion and a pivot member movably mounted to the pivot portion; and the pivot member is coupled with a second object. The fixing member includes a limiting section and the pivot member includes a corresponding limiting section, such that the limiting section and the corresponding limiting section limit or stop each other at a specific location when the fixing member is moved or rotated. With these arrangements, the quick release connecting device can be applied to conveniently and repeatedly connect and separate a circuit board, a drawer, or a window to and from a corresponding rack, chassis, cabinet or window frame. The pivot member may be a pin that passes through a hole in the second object is retained by deformation of an end of the pin or by deformation of a portion of the second object.
Abstract:
A quick release connecting device includes an actuating retainer having an internal receiving space, at least one first push section and a retaining section for detachably engaging with a first object; a fixing member including a body portion movably associated with the receiving space and a pivot portion formed on the body portion for detachably connecting with a second object; pin connection means connecting the body portion to the receiving space for the actuating retainer and the fixing member to move relative to each other within a limited range; an elastic element having two ends pressed against an inner wall surface of the receiving space and the body portion to control the limited movement of the actuating retainer and the fixing member and return them to their original positions. With the quick release connecting device, two mating objects can be conveniently repeatedly connected to and separated from each other.

Abstract:
A light-permeable fixing component includes a fixed body and a receiving channel. The fixed body has a fixing portion disposed on around an outer surface thereof, and the fixing portion can be in the form of a thread, hook engagement bodies, snap-engagement bodies and a column body. The receiving channel is axially extended through a full length of the fixed body to form a light-in opening and a light-out opening at a tail end and a head end of the fixed body, respectively. Light beams emitted from a light source near the tail end can be transferred and guided by the receiving channel from the light-in opening to the light-out opening, so that the light-permeable fixing component is capable of guiding light, emitting light, glittering, decoration and indicating a constant depth.
Abstract:
A packaging method for assembling a captive screw to a printed circuit board (PCB) includes the steps of providing a captive screw having a screw head, a threaded shank and a sleeve; pressing a fixture toward the screw head for a part of the threaded shank to exposed from a distal end of the sleeve, and then clamping the fixture on the sleeve; providing a PCB having through holes and a layer of solder provided thereon; using a tool to pick up the fixture and the captive screw and align the threaded shank with one through hole on the PCB; releasing the fixture and the captive screw from the tool for a flange at the distal end of the sleeve to extend into the through hole; heating, melting and then cooling to harden the solder layer, so that the sleeve is fixedly held to the PCB; and removing the fixture.
