    摘要: Disclosed is a split-type sliding bearing for a crankshaft in an internal combustion engine, which is incorporated in a split-type bearing housing. The sliding bearing consists of a pair of semi-cylindrical bearing bodies (i.e. a first and a second semi-cylindrical bearing bodies) which are combined with each other to form a cylindrical body. The bearing housing has a cylindrical bearing retaining bore and consists of a pair of housing halves. One of the housing halves has a relatively lower stiffness, and the other has a relatively higher stiffness. The first bearing body is held by the housing half having a relatively lower stiffness. The second bearing body is held by the housing half having a relatively higher stiffness. The first and second bearing bodies have an equal outer diameter to each other, and both of the circumferential end parts of the first bearing body have a larger thickness than those of the second bearing body prior to incorporation into the housing halves.

    摘要: The invention provides a split-type sliding bearing for a crankshaft in an internal combustion engine.The split-type bearing housing has a housing half having a higher thermal expansion coefficient, and a housing half having a lower thermal expansion coefficient. The pair of semi-cylindrical bearings includes first and second semi-cylindrical bearings. The first semi-cylindrical bearing is supported on the housing half having a higher thermal expansion coefficient, and a second semi-cylindrical bearing is supported on the housing half having a lower thermal expansion coefficient. The first and second semi-cylindrical bearings have the following dimensional relationship in a preinstalled condition: (a) the first and second semi-cylindrical bearings have an equal outer diameter, and (b) the first semi-cylindrical bearing has circumferential ends having a thickness smaller than that of the opposite circumferential ends of the second semi-cylindrical bearing.

    摘要: A common-mode choke coil has induction immunity characteristics that are improved by a coil structure preventing a transmitter IC and a receiver IC from malfunctioning during an induction immunity test and which controls a decrease in ESD resistance and a decrease in self-resonance frequency. The common-mode choke coil includes a core, external electrodes, a pair of coils, and a top plate. The core includes a core section and a pair of flange sections. The pair of coils are wound around the core section of the core, and the ends of the coils are connected to the external electrodes, respectively. An underside and a side surface of the top plate are plated with a metal film, and bonded to the top surfaces of the flange sections preferably by an adhesive agent. The metal film is segmented into two separate portions so as to define two separate metal sections with a gap therebetween so that the metal sections are electrically disconnected.
