Abstract: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, a device, comprising: a display; a sensor for detecting three dimensional objects; a processing system including a processor coupled to the display and sensor; and a memory that stores executable instructions that, when executed by the processing system, facilitate performance of operations, the operations comprising: identifying a three dimensional object proximal to a user of the device; tracking and storing a position of the three dimensional object; creating an augmented reality (AR) presentation for the user, wherein the AR presentation includes an image of the three dimensional object and an enhancement of the three dimensional object; and displaying the AR presentation to the user. Abstract: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, a method in which a processing system obtains physical and social environmental data for a communication device user, and provides content for presentation at the device. First reaction data, obtained via sensors associated with the user, indicate the user's reaction to presentation of the content; the data is analyzed to determine user affinity for the content in a context of the physical and social environments. The content is modified during the presentation; second reaction data is obtained and analyzed to determine a second user affinity for the modified content. If the affinity is enhanced, the modified content is sent to other users' equipment via a social network. Affinity responses regarding the modified content are analyzed, and a set of users is identified as an affinity group; additional content is transmitted to equipment of the affinity group. Other embodiments are disclosed.

Abstract: Management and configuration of internet of things network connected devices is facilitated herein. A proxy device comprises a memory that stores executable instructions that, when executed by a processor, facilitate performance of operations that comprise determining a first identity and a first operational parameter of a first device and a second identity and a second operational parameter of a second device. The first device and the second device can be associated with a defined communication network. The proxy device can be provisioned within the defined communication network and can operate as a security update proxy node for the first device and the second device. The operations can also comprise facilitating a first security update at the first device and a second security update at the second device based on a determination that the first device and the second device have delegated responsibility for security synchronization to the proxy device.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus are disclosed to monitor and evaluate vehicle operator behavior. An example method includes processing, using a particularly programmed processor, image data obtained with respect to a vehicle to identify an object in the image data. The example method includes measuring, using the mobile device, a geographic location of the vehicle. The example method includes determining, using the mobile device, an operating state of the vehicle. The example method includes analyzing the object in the image data, the geographic location, and the operating state of the vehicle to determine a behavior of the vehicle. The example method includes generating a score for a driver associated with the vehicle by comparing the behavior of the vehicle with a reference behavior, the reference behavior quantified by one or more driving metrics. The example method includes outputting the score.
