    摘要: In an electrolytic cell a membrane consisting of dielectric material such as an organic polymer, which separates two chambers of the electrolytic cell from each other is produced using an etching solution which is provided in one of the chambers, contains active etching ions, while the other chamber contains a solution, which does not have an etching action. An electrical field is generated through the membrane. The etching progresses along ion tracks in the membrane and first produces one funnel-shaped pore per ion track. Immediately prior to the breakthrough, the ions, which do not have an etching action, begin to penetrate the still existent thin layer with fine pores—the active layer—and displace the ions with an etching action. An intensified electric current, driven by the adjacent field, is established and the etching process at the bottom of the pore shifts sideways according to the concentration of etching ions still present. The process is stopped by deactivating the field and flushing the membrane.

    摘要: In a VTR for a TCI signal, time-base correction and TCI decode processing are applied to the reproduced TCI signal of each channel and also to the corresponding dropout signals. According to the resulting dropout signal for luminance signal and the dropout signal for chrominance signal, the dropout section of a luminance signal and the dropout section of a chrominance signal are respectively compensated for. As a result, a luminance signal may have the data of the dropout section compensated for with data of a highly correlated luminance signal of 1H before and 1H after the horizontal period where dropout occurs. The dropout compensation circuits can be simplified since the luminance and chrominance signals are processed by separate circuits.

    摘要: The invention provides an apparatus of the measurement which is consisted of a sensing element, a retaining element which retains the sensing element and which is made of a thermally conductive and electrically insulative material, a holding element which holds the retaining element, and a contact mechanism which elastically contact the retaining element with the top of the surface of the measured body. The sensing element is composed of a thin film thermister formed on the electrically insulating layer on a substrate. A film having the thermally conductive and electrically insulative material may be inserted between the measured body and the contact area of the retaining element. The retaining element is composed of the polyimide film and a flexible copper lead foil formed on the film and connected to the electrodes of the sensing element. The contact mechanism is composed of a pressing frame with at least one pressing arm which presses the contact part of the retaining element to the measured body and which is located adjacent to the contact zone.
