Abstract: A texture image acquiring device, a display device and a collimator are disclosed. The texture image acquiring device includes a collimator and an image sensor. The collimator includes a lens array, a first diaphragm layer, and a second diaphragm layer. The lens array allows light rays to be converged and incident on the first diaphragm layer. The first diaphragm layer allows light rays incident on the first diaphragm layer to pass through and be incident on the second diaphragm layer, and restricts an angle of light rays capable of passing through the first diaphragm layer. The second diaphragm layer allows light rays incident on the second diaphragm layer to pass through, and restricts an angle of light rays capable of passing through the second diaphragm layer. The image sensor senses light rays incident on the image sensor for acquiring a texture image.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a fingerprint identification substrate and a display device. The fingerprint identification substrate includes a base substrate, a plurality of photosensitive modules on the base substrate, a collimating optical structure located on light entering sides of the photosensitive modules, a plurality of function layers and an insulation layer between every two adjacent function layers; where the photosensitive modules are configured to collect light rays reflected by a fingerprint; and the collimating optical structure includes light shading layers and light transmitting layers arranged alternately; where each of the light shading layers has a plurality of light transmitting holes; orthographic projections of the light transmitting holes on the base substrate are in orthographic projections of the photosensitive modules on the base substrate.

The texture image acquisition circuit includes a charge neutralization circuit and a first acquisition circuit, the charge neutralization circuit is electrically connected to the first acquisition circuit, the charge neutralization circuit receives a first control signal to cause a current flowing through the first acquisition circuit to be a first current, and the charge neutralization circuit is configured to receive a second control signal to cause a current flowing through the first acquisition circuit to be a second current, a direction of the second current and a direction of the first current are opposite to each other; the first acquisition circuit is configured to receive light from a texture and accumulate a first signal amount that is acquired after the light from the texture is converted, so as to acquire a first acquisition value.

The texture image acquisition circuit includes a photosensitive circuit, the texture image acquisition method includes: allowing the photosensitive circuit to receive light from a texture, and obtaining a first curve based on a signal amount accumulated by the photosensitive circuit within a first integral time period, the first curve being a time-varying curve of a residual signal amount which is a signal amount remaining after a signal amount, left over by the photosensitive circuit before the first integral time period, is released over time; obtaining a first acquisition value based on a signal amount accumulated by the photosensitive circuit within a second integral time period which is after the first integral time period; obtaining a first photosensitive signal of an image of the texture; based on the first curve and the first acquisition value.

Abstract: An array substrate, display device and image display method. In this array substrate, among the sub-pixels two adjacent columns of sub-pixels are grouped together, and sub-pixels in different groups do not overlap each other; in each group, all of the sub-pixels are electrically connected with a same data line; each row of the sub-pixels corresponds to two gate lines, and in each row of the sub-pixels, two sub-pixels belonging to the same group are electrically connected with one of the two gate lines corresponding to this row of the sub-pixels respectively; thus, in the process of sequentially loading a gate scanning signal to each grid line within the display time of one frame, charging difference between rows of sub-pixels caused by the jump of voltage loaded on the data line may be reduced, whereby poor stripes present when a flat panel display is displaying a screen may be improved.
