摘要: A texture image acquiring device, a display device and a collimator are disclosed. The texture image acquiring device includes a collimator and an image sensor. The collimator includes a lens array and diaphragm component. The diaphragm component includes a first diaphragm layer and a second diaphragm layer. The lens array is configured to allow light rays to be converged and incident on the diaphragm component. The diaphragm component is configured to allow light rays to pass through, and to restrict an angle of light rays capable of passing through the diaphragm component. The image sensor is configured to sense light rays incident on the image sensor for acquiring a texture image.

摘要: The disclosure provides a fingerprint identification panel. The fingerprint identification panel includes an encapsulation layer, a light emitting element, a light sensing element and a dielectric layer. The light emitting element and the light sensing element are on a same side of the encapsulation layer, and the encapsulation layer is configured to enable light emitted from the light emitting element to be totally reflected in the encapsulation layer; the dielectric layer is between the encapsulation layer and the light sensing element and in direct contact with the encapsulation layer, and is configured to enable the light totally reflected by the encapsulation layer to be received by the light sensing element after passing through the dielectric layer, and a refractive index of the dielectric layer is smaller than that of the encapsulation layer.

摘要: A photo-sensing detection apparatus is provided. The photo-sensing detection apparatus includes a counter substrate; an array substrate facing the counter substrate; and a fingerprint sensing driver. The array substrate includes a plurality of light sources configured to emit light toward the counter substrate, at least a portion of the light being totally reflected by a surface of the counter substrate away from the array substrate; and a photosensor configured to detect the at least the portion of the light being totally reflected by the surface of the counter substrate away from the array substrate. The photo-sensing detection apparatus is configured to be operated in a time-division mode including a plurality of time-sequential photo-sensing modes. The fingerprint sensing driver is configured to detect a fingerprint information by integrating signals detected in the plurality of time-sequential photo-sensing modes.

摘要: A display panel is provided to include a substrate; a photoelectric sensing structure on a side of the substrate; a light emitting structure on a side of the photoelectric sensing structure distal to the substrate, and light emitting elements, each of which includes: a first electrode, a light emitting layer, and a second electrode which are successively in a direction distal to the substrate; and a light path structure between the photoelectric sensing structure and the second electrode, and configured to collimate light on a side of the photoelectric sensing structure distal to the substrate and having a propagation direction towards the photoelectric sensing structure; the photoelectric sensing structure and the light emitting structure do not overlap or partially overlap in a direction perpendicular to the substrate; and the light path structure at least partially overlaps the photoelectric sensing structure in the direction. The embodiment also provides a display device.

摘要: The organic light-emitting display panel includes: a base substrate having sub-pixel regions and non-sub-pixel regions; fingerprint identification devices in the non-sub-pixel regions; anodes in the sub-pixel regions and on sides, facing away from the base substrate, of the fingerprint identification devices; and a collimation structure in the non-sub-pixel regions. The collimation structure includes at least two laminated light-shielding layers on the sides, facing away from the base substrate, of the fingerprint identification devices, and an orthographic projection of each light-shielding layer on the base substrate at least covers orthographic projections of the fingerprint identification devices on the base substrate; at least one through hole is in a position, corresponding to each fingerprint identification device, of each light-shielding layer, and through holes of the light-shielding layers are in one-to-one correspondence; and the light-shielding layer closest to the base substrate is disposed in the same layer as and insulated from the anodes.

摘要: A texture image acquiring device, a display device and a collimator are disclosed. The texture image acquiring device includes a collimator and an image sensor. The collimator includes a lens array, a first diaphragm layer, and a second diaphragm layer. The lens array allows light rays to be converged and incident on the first diaphragm layer. The first diaphragm layer allows light rays incident on the first diaphragm layer to pass through and be incident on the second diaphragm layer, and restricts an angle of light rays capable of passing through the first diaphragm layer. The second diaphragm layer allows light rays incident on the second diaphragm layer to pass through, and restricts an angle of light rays capable of passing through the second diaphragm layer. The image sensor senses light rays incident on the image sensor for acquiring a texture image.
