Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for implementing fast multicast and a system thereof. The system comprises multicast protocol, forwarding plane and fast multicast control plane, and the fast multicast control plane further comprises management module and agent module. The method comprises steps of: determining an edge node of time domain overlapping sub-tree of corresponding multicast tree in the multicast service according to the analysis of time domain; initiating the static multicast member of multicast service on said edge node, so that an interface at which the static multicast member is initiated generates a requirement for multicast service; generating the multicast overlapping sub-tree from said edge node to a multicast root node, so that the multicast service flow is transmitted to said edge node in advance; after sending out the requirement for the multicast service flow through any receiver at said edge node, multicast tree path establishes a multicast forwarding tree from the receiver to the edge node, the multicast service flow will be transmitted from this edge node to the receiver. The present invention can effectively reduce the delay of multicast application.

Abstract: A system and method is provided for automatically recognizing building numbers in street level images. In one aspect, a processor selects a street level image that is likely to be near an address of interest. The processor identifies those portions of the image that are visually similar to street numbers, and then extracts the numeric values of the characters displayed in such portions. If an extracted value corresponds with the building number of the address of interest such as being substantially equal to the address of interest, the extracted value and the image portion are displayed to a human operator. The human operator confirms, by looking at the image portion, whether the image portion appears to be a building number that matches the extracted value. If so, the processor stores a value that associates that building number with the street level image.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a thermoplastic flame-retardant alloy and a method for preparing it, composed of the following components by the shares and weights as below: 5-94 shares of ABS resin, 3-94 shares of polyester or co-polyester or the mixture of both, 1-50 shares of brominated flame retardant, 1-10 shares of synergistic flame-retardant, 0.001-30 shares of chlorinated polyethylene (CPE), 0.001-2 shares of anti-dripping agent and 0.1-6 shares of processing aid. Comparing with the ABS flame retardant presenting the prior art, the thermoplastic flame-retardant alloy features better glossness, scratch resistance, stronger ultraviolet radiation resistance and better mechanical property, thus making up for the disadvantage that the flame-retardant ABS is prone to become yellow on some occasions with high weatherability requirements. Furthermore, the preparation method of the thermoplastic flame-retardant alloy for the present invention is successive, stable and feasible.
