    摘要: There is provided a method of preparing biodegradable dual pore polymer scaffolds, comprising the steps of: maintaining a polymer solution containing a biodegradable polymer, an effervescent mixture of carbonate and organic acid, and solvent at a temperature range of −196° C. to ambient temperature so as to evaporate the solvent and produce a polymer sample; and foaming the polymer sample in a mixed solution of water and alcohol. According to the present invention, the pore size of the polymer scaffolds can be easily controlled, and biodegradable polymer scaffolds can be more simply prepared compared to conventional methods such as salt leaching technique, phase separation technique or gas foaming technique. Further, since the biodegradable polymer scaffolds prepared according to the present invention have a high surface area and porosity without formation of skin layer, secretion of toxic substances and remnant phenomenon, they can be advantageously used for regenerating almost all living tissues and organs in tissue engineering.

The clamp defines a pair of holes (381, 382) in opposite ends thereof, for movably receiving the guiding shaft and an indicator (20) therein respectively. When the shaft and indicator are loosened from the holes of the clamp respectively, the clamp is rotated about the guiding shaft toward a workpiece (19) on the grinding machine, and the indicator is adjusted with respect to the workpiece, for measuring of the workpiece.

    摘要: The present invention refers to dental self-curing resin compositions having enhanced mechanical and physical properties. In particular, the present invention relates to dental self-curing resin compositions consisting of (i) a Paste A composition containing the multifunctional prepolymer mixture of 2,2-bis-[4-(2-hydroxy-3-methacryloxypropoxy)phenyl]propane (“Bis-GMA”) and multifunctional prepolymer formed by substituting hydrogen atoms in hydroxyl group with methacrylate groups in the Bis-GMA molecules, and further containing a diluent, an adhesive monomer, a polymerization initiator, a polymerization inhibitor, a light stabilizer, an antioxidant, an inorganic pigment and an inorganic filler; and ii) a Paste B composition containing the same prepolymer mixture in the Paste A composition, and further containing a diluent, an adhesive monomer, a reductant, a polymerization inhibitor, a light stabilizer, an antioxidant, an inorganic pigment and an inorganic filler. The composition according to the present invention has better physical and mechanical properties than that of conventional compositions and is an ointment-ointment system able to be conveniently used.
