    Abstract: The present invention relates to a positive electrode plate and an electrochemical device. The positive electrode plate includes a current collector, a positive active material layer, and a binding layer disposed between the current collector and the positive active material layer, the binding layer comprising a polymer material, a conductive material, and an inorganic filler, wherein the polymer material comprises a binding layer matrix and the binding layer matrix is an oil-dispersible polymer material having a solubility in NMP at 130 ° C. for 5 minutes, which is 30% or less of the solubility of PVDF under the same conditions. The positive electrode plate can improve the safety performance of the electrochemical device (for example, a capacitor, a primary battery, a secondary battery, or the like) under abnormal conditions such as nailing penetration.

    Abstract: The present application relates to an electrode sheet for Li-ion battery and a Li-ion battery including the same. The Li-ion battery includes a current collector and a diaphragm layer coated on the current collector, the current collector includes a coating region and at least one electrode tab region, the coating region is a region of the current collector coated with the diaphragm layer; the coating region is adjoined with the electrode tab region, a stress releasing region is provided at adjoining position of the coating region and at least one electrode tab region. The stress releasing region provided by the present application can reduce stress received by the diaphragm during rolling and stretching processes, which can avoid cracking of electrode tab and electrode sheet, and can improve battery cycling performance and, at the same time, can also be fused in short circuit, thereby improving safety performance of the battery.

    Abstract: This application relates to an electrode plate that includes a current collector and an electrode active material layer disposed on at least one surface of the current collector. The current collector includes a support layer and a conductive layer disposed on at least one surface of the support layer. A single-side thickness D2 of the conductive layer satisfies 30 nm≤D2≤3 μm, a conductive primer layer including a conductive material and a bonding agent is further disposed between the current collector and the electrode active material layer. The bonding agent in the conductive primer layer includes a water-based bonding agent. The electrode plate in this application has good machinability. An electrochemical apparatus including the electrode plate has high energy density, good electrical performance, and long-term reliability.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a secondary battery and an electrode plate. The electrode plate includes a current collector, an active material layer, a conductive structure, and a first protective layer. The current collector includes an insulating layer and a conductive layer disposed on the insulating layer. The conductive layer includes a main body portion and a protrusion portion. A surface of the main body portion facing away from the insulating layer is covered by the active material layer, while a surface of the protrusion portion facing away from the insulating layer is uncovered by the active material layer. The conductive structure is welded to the protrusion portion and thus a welded zone is formed. The first protective layer has elasticity, and is disposed on a side of the protrusion portion facing away from the insulating layer and is located between the welded zone and the active material layer.

    Abstract: This application relates to an electrode plate, an electrochemical apparatus, and an apparatus thereof. The electrode plate in this application includes a current collector, an electrode active material layer disposed on at least one surface of the current collector, and an electrical connection member electrically connected to the current collector. The electrode active material layer is disposed on a main body portion of the current collector at a zone referred to as a film zone, the electrical connection member and the current collector are welded and connected at an edge of the current collector at a welding zone referred to as a transfer welding zone, and a transition zone of the current collector between the film zone and the transfer welding zone, coated with no electrode active material layer, is referred to as an extension zone. The current collector is a composite current collector.
