The electrode plate includes: a current collector, where the current collector includes an insulation layer and a conductive layer disposed on an outer surface of the insulation layer, and the conductive layer includes a body portion and a tab portion arranged along a first direction; and a conductive structure, where the conductive structure is welded to the tab portion to form a welded zone, the conductive structure extends in a direction leaving the body portion, and in a second direction, a size of an end of the welded zone near the body portion is greater than a preset threshold, where the preset threshold is inversely related to thickness of the tab portion in a third direction, and the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction and parallel to the tab portion.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a high-voltage interlock system and a detection method thereof. The high-voltage interlock system includes a target control device and at least one non-target control device connected in sequence. The target control device includes a detection unit, a current generation controller, a current generator, and a second high-voltage component. A controller in the target control device generates a pulse drive signal for driving the current generation controller, receives a detection result signal output from a current detector, and determines a fault of a high-voltage interlock circuit according to the detection result signal; the current generation controller generates an alternating voltage signal according to the pulse drive signal; the current generator outputs an alternating current signal according to the alternating voltage signal; the current detector acquires a voltage signal across a detection resistor set and outputs the detection result signal.

摘要: The present application provides a method for controlling a power-down detection circuit, a controller and a computer readable storage medium. The method includes: receiving, by a controller of a power-down detection circuit, a power-down signal, wherein the power-down signal is sent from a power-down detection sub-circuit of the power-down detection circuit when it is determined by the power-down detection sub-circuit that an output voltage of a low-voltage side power supply of the power-down detection circuit is smaller than a threshold, and wherein the power-down detection sub-circuit and the controller are powered by the low-voltage side power supply; controlling, by the controller, a memory of the power-down detection circuit to record fault information, wherein the fault information comprises current information of a high voltage bus sensed by a high-voltage side current sensor of the power-down detection circuit; and performing, by the controller, a fault diagnosis based on the fault information.

摘要: A cap structure of a power battery includes first and second electrode components, a cap plate attached to the first and second electrode components, and a turnable plate connected to the second electrode component. The first electrode component is electrically isolated from the cap plate and includes a first terminal and a first connecting block. The first connecting block is located above the cap plate and includes a terminal connecting portion, a fusing portion, and a turnable plate connecting portion. In case that an internal pressure of the power battery exceeds a reference pressure, the turnable plate is turned over and in contact with the turnable plate connecting portion, such that the first terminal is electrically connected to the second electrode component.

The battery includes a battery cell, the battery cell including a pressure relief mechanism and at least two walls, the at least two walls including a first wall and a second wall that intersect with each other, the pressure relief mechanism being disposed at the first wall and being configured to, when an internal pressure or temperature of the battery cell reaches a threshold, be actuated to release the internal pressure; a thermal management component attached to the first wall and being configured to accommodate a fluid to cool the battery cell; and a support component attached to the second wall, and configured to support the battery cell; wherein the thermal management component is configured such that when the pressure relief mechanism is actuated, emissions discharged from the battery cell pass through the thermal management component.

The battery cell of the present application solves a problem of short circuit in the battery cell.
