    Abstract: This application discloses an apparatus for a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) transmission. The apparatus is configured to obtain M cells that have a PUCCH transmission capability in a PUCCH group, receive, from a network device, first indication information indicating a first cell in the M cells, and receive, from the network device, second indication information indicating a time domain position of a first PUCCH.     Abstract: Method is provided, including: determining, by a base station, a current time period in which an end moment of a current control channel is located in a first transmission time interval (TTI), where the first TTI includes at least two time periods, and a start moment of a data channel corresponding to a control channel that ends in each of the at least two time periods is located in a different TTI; sending, by the base station to user equipment in the first TTI, control information carried on the current control channel, where the control information is configured to schedule a current data channel corresponding to the current control channel; determining, by the base station, a second TTI in which a start moment of the current data channel is located; and exchanging, by the base station, data of the current data channel with the user equipment in the second TTI.

According to the control information transmission method provided in this application, the base station can send the control information in any time period, and the terminal can receive the control information in any time period, thereby shortening a time interval between two control information transmissions.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a resource management method and a related device. The resource management method includes: receiving, by UE, signaling for releasing resource sent by a base station, where the signaling for releasing resource indicates information of resource location; and determining, based on the information of resource location, a time-frequency resource corresponding to the information of resource location in allocated resources already allocated by a network side to the UE, and then releasing the time-frequency resource.
