    Abstract: This application provides an example communication method and apparatus. The communication method is performed in a communications system, where N antenna ports are configured for the terminal device, N is an integer greater than or equal to 2, the N antenna ports correspond to T antenna port combination modes, each antenna port combination mode corresponds to M antenna ports in the N antenna ports, and each antenna port combination mode set includes at least one antenna port combination mode. The communication method includes receiving, by the network device, first indication information from the terminal device, where the first indication information is used to indicate a first antenna port combination mode set. The method also includes determining, by the network device, K antenna ports in the N antenna ports based on the first antenna port combination mode set and sending, by the network device, second indication information to the terminal device.

    Abstract: This application provides a data transmission method, terminal device, and network device. The method includes: sending, by a terminal device, at least one precoded reference signal on at least one reference signal resource corresponding to a first PRG, where different precoding matrixes are used for different reference signals, and the first PRG is a PRG used to transmit a reference signal; receiving, by the terminal device, resource indication information, where the resource indication information indicates a reference signal resource that is corresponding to a second PRG and that is in the at least one reference signal resource, and the second PRG is a PRG used to transmit a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH); and sending, by the terminal device, a precoded PUSCH on the second PRG based on the resource indication information, where a precoding matrix used for the PUSCH is a precoding matrix used for a reference signal sent on the reference signal resource corresponding to the second PRG. In this way, a precoding matrix used to transmit the PUSCH on the second PRG can be effectively selected.

    Abstract: In various embodiments, uplink scheduling information can be received by a terminal from a network device in a time cell n. The uplink scheduling information can be used to obtain a maximum quantity of first downlink data packets sent by the network device to the terminal device from a time cell n−k3 to a time cell n+k2. Acknowledgement information of the first downlink data packet can be sent by the terminal to the network device on a physical uplink shared channel in a time cell n+k1 based on the maximum quantity of the first downlink data packets. In this way, when the acknowledgement information is sent on the PUSCH, a data reception error caused by a case in which the base station does not know, when decoding the data, a quantity of pieces of acknowledgement information actually sent by the terminal is avoided.

    Abstract: A channel state information sending method, a channel state information receiving method, and a device are disclosed, to reduce resource overheads required when a terminal device feeds back CSI to a network device in a scenario of a high precision codebook-based precoding matrix.     Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a channel quality index measurement method and apparatus.     Abstract: A channel state information reporting method and apparatus are described. The method can include a terminal device obtaining first indication information and sending the first indication information to a network device. The network device receives the first indication information, where the first indication information indicates a differential value between channel state information of a first antenna port set and channel state information of a second antenna port set. The first antenna port set includes x antenna ports of the terminal device, the second antenna port set includes m antenna ports of the terminal device, and the first antenna port set is different from the second antenna port set. The channel state information reporting method and apparatus in embodiments of this application help improve accuracy of channel state information obtained by a network device, and improve data transmission performance.
