Abstract: The invention provides a chip stacking structure, including: a first chip, a second chip stacked with the first chip, a first redistribution layer, a second redistribution layer, a third redistribution layer, a first conductive channel, and a second conductive channel;; the first redistribution layer is disposed on a surface of the first chip facing the second chip; the second redistribution layer is disposed on a passive surface of the second chip, and the third redistribution layer is disposed on an active surface of the second chip; the first conductive channel passes through the second chip and the third redistribution layer, connecting the first redistribution layer and the second redistribution layer; and the second conductive channel passes through the second chip, connecting the second redistribution layer and the third redistribution layer.

Abstract: An image prediction method and apparatus includes obtaining predicted motion information of an image block; determining an initial predicted block of the image block according to the predicted motion information and a reference image of the image block; performing, according to the predicted motion information, L iterative searches in the reference image using an integer pixel step size to obtain an intermediate predicted block of the image block; performing a single search in the reference image using a fractional pixel step size to obtain M predicted blocks of the image block; determining a target predicted block of the image block according to the M predicted blocks and the intermediate predicted block; and obtaining a predicted value of a pixel value of the image block according to a pixel value of the target predicted block.

Abstract: A video coding mechanism is disclosed. The mechanism includes selecting a split mechanism to split a coding unit (CU) into sub-CUs for application of one or more transform units (TUs), the selection of the split mechanism based on comparing a CU width to a max TU width and comparing a CU height to a max TU height. The selected split mechanism is applied to the CU to obtain sub-CUs. A residual of one of the sub-CUs is determined. The residual includes a difference between sample values for the sub-CU and prediction samples for the sub-CU. The TUs are applied to transform the residual of the CU based on results of the selected split mechanism. A transformed residual for the CU is encoded into a bitstream.

Abstract: An image prediction method and a related product, where the image prediction method includes performing intra-frame prediction on a current block using a reference block to obtain an initial predicted pixel value of a pixel in the current block, and performing weighted filtering on the initial predicted pixel value of the pixel in the current block to obtain a predicted pixel value of the pixel in the current block. Weighting coefficients used for the weighted filtering include a horizontal weighting coefficient and a vertical weighting coefficient, and a first attenuation rate factor acting on the horizontal weighting coefficient is different from a second attenuation rate factor acting on the vertical weighting coefficient.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an image registration method and apparatus. The method includes: determining a target plane; orthogonally projecting the optical center of each of the cameras in the planar camera array onto the target plane, to obtain a projected point of the optical center of each of the cameras; generating a rectangular grid on the target plane according to the projected points of the optical centers of the cameras in the planar camera array; obtaining a target grid point of each of the cameras according to the rectangular grid; determining a target camera coordinate system of each of the cameras; and registering, images collected by the cameras in the planar camera array. In embodiments of the present disclosure a target camera coordinate system of a camera is determined again, thereby greatly reducing complexity of subsequent image registration.
