摘要： A driver restraint device is provided for an industrial truck which has a driver's seat. The driver restraint device has a belt (4) and a belt buckle (8). A closing latch (5) which is connected to the belt (4) can be fastened to the belt buckle (8). The belt (4) can be automatically retracted by means of a retractor (9), whereby when the belt (4) is retracted, the closing latch (5) is in a defined inoperative position. The belt (4) is fastened to a mounting device which is connected to the driver's seat so that when the closing latch (5) is in the defined inoperative position, it is located in front of a vertical transverse plane (12) which divides the seat surface (1) of the driver's seat in the middle. In an additional embodiment of the invention, the belt buckle (8) is fastened to a mounting device which is connected to the driver's seat so that the belt buckle (8) is located in front of a vertical transverse plane (12) which divides the seat surface (1) of the driver's seat in the middle. In one configuration of the invention, the closing latch (5) in the defined inoperative position is at some distance above the horizontal plane defined by a seat surface (1) of the driver's seat.

摘要： A sprung seat having an L-shaped base arrangement includes a spring means for adjusting the springing characteristic of the seat as desired. For that purpose the seat has a two-armed pivot lever mounted pivotably about a central horizontal mounting axis on a back portion of the L-shape, in an at least approximately horizontal position. One arm of the pivot lever is connected to one end of at least one at least approximately horizontal tension spring of the spring means. The second end part of the tension spring is fixed to a fixing portion of a support lever. The fixing portion is at least approximately aligned with the mounting axis about which the armed pivot lever is pivotable. The support lever is pivotably mounted to the back portion of the L-shape and is connected by its fixing portion to a member of the scissor support assembly.

摘要： A process for the production of a foam-backed cushion portion with a cover covering same on all sides includes turning the cover inside out and applying the cover over a first mold portion of blade-like configuration with its outward surface over the first mold portion, arranged two second mold portions at respective sides of the first mold portion at a spacing therefrom, thereby forming at least one mold cavity between the first mold portion and the second mold portions. A reaction mixture is then introduced into the mold cavity to fill same with foam forming foam backing portions on the cover. The mold is then opened and the foam-backed cover is removed from the first mold portion and turned inside out to provide a foam-backed cushion portion, the cover which was disposed on the inward side of the foam material coming to lie on the outward side of the foam-backed cushion portion.

摘要： In a seat having a seat plate of adjustable inclination and a backrest of adjustable inclination, gas springs are provided for adjusting the inclination of the seat plate and backrest, the valve actuating pins of the gas springs being oppositely disposed and actuatable by an adjusting lever. The adjusting lever extends transversely to the valve actuating pin arrangement and is mounted to pivot vertically and horizontally about a common pivot point disposed beyond the straight connecting line between the valve actuating pins. In the preferred embodiment, two control arms on the seat carrier are movable in a scissor-like manner in a vertical plane containing the valve pin arrangement, the adjusting lever engaging between and co-operating with the control arms which co-operate with the valve actuating pins. This permits the inclination of the seat plate and the inclination of the backrest to be adjusted with a single operating element either at independent times or simultaneously.
