    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a communication method and a communication apparatus. The communication method includes: A terminal device performs blind detection on downlink control information (DCI). The terminal device determines a sending slot of a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) and/or a sending slot of a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) based on a target slot and the DCI, where the target slot is one of a plurality of slots that carry the DCI, the plurality of slots are for transmitting one piece of DCI, or each of the plurality of slots is for transmitting the same piece of DCI. In this way, when one piece of DCI is transmitted in the plurality of slots or the same piece of DCI is transmitted in each of the plurality of slots.

A display module includes a first buffer member, and a first non-bending region, a bending region, and a second non-bending region. A support member is fastened on the display screen. A second metal plate member of the support member faces the second non-bending region. The first connection plate member is provided with grooves. Openings of the grooves are located on a first surface of the metal part. Organic material are located in the grooves, and are connected to the metal part. The first buffer member is located between the first metal plate member and the second metal plate member.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide information sending and receiving methods and devices. The information sending method includes: determining, by a base station, a downlink subframe that is used to send first information to user equipment UE; and sending, by the base station, the first information to the UE by using the downlink subframe, where the downlink subframe is a first subframe, a second subframe, or a third subframe, where the first subframe includes at least two sub-physical resource block pairs, the second subframe includes at least two physical resource block pairs, and the third subframe includes at least one sub-physical resource block pair and at least one physical resource block pair.     Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a data channel sending method. In the method, a base station starts a clear channel assessment (CCA) on a data channel for a to-be-sent data channel. If the CCA on the data channel succeeds, the base station sends the data channel in a first subframe within a time window, where the data channel performs rate matching based on a reference signal (RS). The RS includes a first RS or a second RS. The first RS occupies continuous OFDM symbols in a subframe, and the second RS occupies discontinuous OFDM symbols in a subframe. The time window is a preset time window used to send the first RS, and the first RS is used by a user equipment (UE) to perform cell identification and/or a radio resource management (RRM) measurement on a cell served by the base station.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a radio link monitoring method, including: contending, by a base station, for permission of use of an unlicensed frequency band; and sending, by the base station, statistical information of the permission of use of the unlicensed frequency band to user equipment after the permission of use of the unlicensed frequency band is obtained by means of contention, where the statistical information indicates data that is obtained after statistics collection is performed on the permission of use of the unlicensed frequency band according to a preset statistical method, so that the user equipment determines whether a radio link fails. The embodiments of the present invention further disclose a related base station, user equipment, and a communications system. The embodiments of the present invention can improve service quality of the unlicensed frequency band.
