The present invention provides an uplink reference signal sending method, and the method includes: sending, by a terminal device, an uplink reference signal on N1 second component carriers within a determined uplink reference signal sending time, and prohibiting, on M1 first component carriers in M first component carriers within the sending time, the terminal device from sending an uplink signal, where the first component carriers are carriers on which scheduling of uplink data transmission is allowed, and the second component carriers are carriers on which scheduling of uplink data transmission is prohibited. N1=M1, in other words, within the sending time, a quantity N1 of second component carriers on which the uplink reference signal is sent is less than or equal to a quantity M1 of first component carriers on which sending of the uplink signal is prohibited.

A data transmission method and an apparatus are provided. The method includes: determining, by a base station, a time-domain interval of available time-frequency resources in an unlicensed spectrum, where the available time-frequency resources are continuous time-frequency resources in a time domain; sending, by the base station, a preamble signal in a first subframe in the interval, where the first subframe is an initial subframe in the interval; and sending, by the base station, downlink control information and data after sending the preamble signal, where the data is in the first subframe, the downlink control information includes scheduling indication information, and the scheduling indication information is used to indicate a frequency-domain location of the data. According to the present invention, spectrum utilization can be improved.

Embodiments of the present invention disclose a communication method, an apparatus, and a system. The communication method includes: receiving, by a terminal device, a context identifier sent by a second radio access network device, and sending, to a first radio access network device, a first message that includes the context identifier; receiving, by a core network device, a second message sent by the first radio access network device, and sending, to the second radio access network device, a message that includes the context identifier; and receiving, by the core network device, context information of the terminal device that is sent by the second radio access network device, and sending the context information to the first radio access network device. Therefore, communication between the first radio access network device and the second radio access network device is ensured, and working efficiency is improved.

An information configuration method, a data receiving method, and a device are provided. A first network device configures a first resource set group of a physical downlink control channel set for user equipment, and configures for the user equipment, a second resource set group of a physical downlink control channel for retransmission, where the physical downlink control channel for retransmission is a physical downlink control channel for retransmission corresponding to downlink data indicated by a physical downlink control channel in at least one subset of the physical downlink control channel set. The first network device sends information about the first resource set group and information about the second resource set group to the user equipment.

The present invention provides a carrier aggregation capability reporting apparatus and method, so as to prevent UE from repeatedly reporting capability information corresponding to a carrier combination supported by the UE, and reduce waste of signaling resources used for reporting. The method in the present invention includes: determining, by user equipment UE, information about a carrier combination supported by the UE and information about a sub-combination that is of the carrier combination and that is supported by the UE; and reporting, by the UE to a base station, the determined information about the carrier combination supported by the UE and the determined information about the sub-combination that is of the carrier combination and that is supported by the UE.

The method includes: generating, by a first communications device, a MAC PDU data packet, where the MAC PDU data packet includes at least one first-type MAC CE, each first-type MAC CE is used to carry information about multiple secondary serving cells, and the first communications device determines a location of the first-type MAC CE in the MAC PDU data packet according to a secondary serving cell corresponding to the first-type MAC CE; and sending, by the first communications device, the MAC PDU data packet to a second communications device, so that the second communications device obtains the first-type MAC CE, and determines, according to the location of the first-type MAC CE in the MAC PDU data packet, the secondary serving cell corresponding to the first-type MAC CE.

The present disclosure provides a data scheduling method using an unlicensed spectrum, an apparatus, and a device, and relates to the radio communications field. According to the method, apparatus, and device, an unlicensed spectrum resource can be effectively used, thereby meeting a bandwidth requirement of an LTE device. The method is as follows: first, an unlicensed-spectrum serving cell is configured for user equipment by using a configuration message of the unlicensed-spectrum serving cell; then, data is transmitted over the unlicensed-spectrum serving cell by using a scheduling command. Embodiments of the present disclosure are applied to data transfer over the unlicensed-spectrum serving cell.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for obtaining unlicensed frequency information and a device. The method includes: receiving, by the UE, third indication information sent by the base station, where the third indication information is used to enable the UE to obtain use information of the unlicensed frequency and report use information, obtained within a preset time, of the unlicensed frequency; obtaining, by the UE, the use information of the unlicensed frequency according to the third indication information; and reporting the use information, obtained within the preset time, of the unlicensed frequency to the base station. By means of the method, the base station can obtain related information of an unlicensed frequency by using the UE. Therefore, the UE can perform communication by properly using the unlicensed frequency.

The present disclosure relates to the field of communications technologies, and provides a semi-persistent scheduling method and user equipment. The semi-persistent scheduling method includes: determining a constant subframe set in a TDD frame, where an uplink and downlink attribute of each subframe in the constant subframe set remains unchanged when an uplink and downlink proportion configuration of the TDD frame dynamically changes; and performing SPS transmission in a subframe, in the constant subframe set, whose uplink and downlink attribute is the same as a transmission direction of the SPS transmission. In this way, SPS transmission can be normally performed without being affected by a flexible subframe in a case in which a TDD uplink and downlink proportion is dynamically configured for a UE.

Embodiments of the present invention disclose a timing value adjustment method and apparatus, which relate to the communications field and reduce a probability that power of a terminal exceeds a limit. A specific solution is that: an absolute timing difference of a timing advance group TAG pair is obtained according to an absolute value of a difference between transmit timing values or receive timing values of the two TAGs in the TAG pair, where the TAG pair is formed by any two TAGs in a TAG set; and it is determined that the absolute timing difference of the TAG pair meets a predetermined condition, and first signaling is sent to a network device, where the first signaling includes identifiers of the two TAGs in the TAG pair. The present invention is used in a timing value adjustment process.
