    Abstract: An access point (AP) station (STA) (AP STA) may be configured to operate as a multi-AP controller in a multi-AP network. A multi-AP group formation message is encoded for transmission to other APs in the multi-AP network. The multi-AP group formation message is encoded to notify the APs of the formation of an extremely-high throughput (EHT) multi-AP group, to designate whether an AP is a member of an EHT multi-AP group, and whether an AP can take the role of a coordinator AP or coordinated AP within the EHT multi-AP group. For multi-AP joint processing, the AP STA is further configured to encode an AP trigger frame for transmission to the APs in the multi-AP network. The AP trigger frame is to trigger physical layer (PHY) and medium-access control layer (MAC) parameter synchronization. The AP trigger frame is to trigger transmission of aggregated MAC protocol data units (A-MPDUs) by the APs that include MAC parameters and PHY parameters.

    Abstract: Methods, computer readable media, and wireless apparatuses are disclosed for setting network allocation vectors (NAV) for multi-user (MU) operation. An apparatus of a wireless device is disclosed. The apparatus comprising processing circuitry configured to: decode a preamble portion of a frame, and if the preamble portion of the frame comprises a high-efficiency (HE) signal (SIG) A field (HE-SIG-A) comprising a transmission opportunity (TXOP) duration field and a media access control (MAC) portion of the frame is not decoded, set one or more NAVs based on the TXOP duration field. The processing circuitry may be further configured to: decode a MAC portion of the frame, and if the MAC portion of the frame comprises a MAC duration field, set the one or more NAVs based on the MAC duration field.

Logic to perform a directional clear channel assessment (CCA) for a first sector of a 60 gigahertz (GHz) link, the directional CCA to determine only if the first sector is busy or idle. Logic to determine the directional CCA indicates idle for the first sector. Logic to cause transmission of the first PDU to the STA via the first sector of the 60 GHz link based on the directional CCA. Logic to receive an acknowledgement (ACK) of receipt of the PDU from the STA. Logic to perform a directional CCA for a second sector of the 60 GHz link. And logic to communicate via the first sector and the second sector independently.

    Abstract: This disclosure describes systems, methods, and devices related to an enhanced hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ). A device may determine two or more HARQ medium access control (MAC) frames. The device may determine a difference between a first number of bits of a physical layer (PHY) codeword and a second number of bits of a first HARQ MAC frame of the two or more HARQ MAC frames. The device may generate, based on the difference, a third number of bits, wherein the first number of bits is equal to a sum of the second number of bits and the third number of bits. The device may generate an aggregated MAC frame comprising the first HARQ MAC frame, the third number of bits, and a second HARQ MAC frame of the two or more HARQ MAC frames. The device may send the aggregated MAC frame.

    Abstract: This disclosure describes systems, methods, and devices related to generating a wake up receiver (WUR) transmit waveform. A device may determine one or more symbols bit sequence of a wake up receiver (WUR) frame to be sent to a first station device capable of decoding the bit sequence. The device may determine a first symbol of the one or more symbols, wherein the first symbol is associated with an ON state. The device may determine a second symbol of the one or more symbols, wherein the second symbol is associated with the ON state. The device may generate a first on-off keying (OOK) waveform associated with the first symbol. The device may generate a second OOK waveform associated with the second symbol, wherein the second OOK waveform is different from the first OOK waveform. The device may cause to send the WUR frame to the first station device based on the first OOK waveform and the second OOK waveform.

    Abstract: A wireless communication device includes a memory, and a processing circuitry coupled to the memory. The processing circuitry is to process a wake-up radio (WUR) frame transmitted by an Access Point (AP), the WUR frame comprising a medium access control (MAC) header and a frame body, the MAC header comprising a Frame Control field, an Address field, and a Type Dependent (TD) Control field, wherein the Frame Control field comprises a Type field; determine, based on a value of the Type field, that the WUR frame is a WUR Discovery frame; determine an identifier (ID) of the AP from the WUR Discovery frame; and in response to a determination that the WUR frame is a WUR Discovery frame, cause a Primary Connectivity Radio (PCR) corresponding to the wireless communication device to communicate with the AP based on the WUR Discovery frame.
