Abstract: An input device includes a first substrate, a light-emitting element, and a third electrode unit. The first substrate has first and second surfaces. The light-emitting element unit includes: a first conductive electrode unit including first conductive layers; a second conductive electrode unit including second conductive layers each having a size overlapping with the first conductive layer in planar view; and luminescent layers conducted with at least a part of the first electrode unit, each provided between the first and second electrode units and conducted with the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer overlapping with the first conductive layer in planar view. The third electrode unit is insulated from the first conductive layers and detects a change in an electric field between the first conductive layers and the third electrode unit depending on coordinates of a proximity object at a position overlapping with the first surface in planar view.

Abstract: An information input device including a touch panel configured to be provided with a touch sensor that detects a position at which a sensing object is brought close to a sensing surface. Abstract: An image display device includes an image display unit including first pixels each constituted of sub-pixels of three or more colors included in a first color gamut and second pixels each constituted of sub-pixels of three or more colors included in a second color gamut different from the first color gamut, the first pixels and the second pixels being arranged in a matrix and adjacent to each other; and a processing unit that determines an output of the sub-pixels included in each pixel of the image display unit corresponding to an input image signal. The processing unit determines an output of the sub-pixels included in the other one of the pixels based on part of components of an input image signal corresponding to one of the first pixel and the second pixel that are adjacent to each other.

Abstract: A touch panel, a display panel, and a display unit achieving prevention of erroneous detection caused by external noise, are provided. The touch panel includes: a plurality of detection scan electrodes extending in a first direction; and a plurality of detection electrodes facing the plurality of detection scan electrodes and extending in a second direction which intersects the first direction. A ratio of fringe capacitance to total capacitance between one or more selected detection scan electrodes and a first detection electrode is different from a ratio of fringe capacitance to total capacitance between the one or more selected detection scan electrodes and a second detection electrode. The one or more selected detection scan electrodes are selected, in a desired unit, from the plurality of detection scan electrodes, to be supplied with a selection pulse, and each of the first and the second detection electrodes is selected from the plurality of detection electrodes.
