摘要： A high speed passband phase modulation apparatus and method are provided. In the phase modulation apparatus, an RF phase shifter modulates a phase of a local signal that is generated in a VCO according to a digital input. The RF phase shifter is controlled by a phase-controlled loop so that a baseband phase shifter is phased locked to a modulation reference signal from the local signal and a reference clock signal according to the digital input. The phase-controlled loop phase-locks using the modulation reference signal so that the phase-modulated signal generated in the RF phase shifter has a phase value according to the digital input.

摘要： Disclosed are a liquid crystal display device without a black matrix capable of eliminating light leakage while not decreasing opening degree and reducing production costs and, in addition, a method for fabricating the liquid crystal display device described above. The liquid crystal display device includes: a thin film transistor formed on a first substrate; a first passivation layer formed on the first substrate including the thin film transistor; a color filter layer formed on the first passivation layer; a second passivation layer formed on the first substrate including the color filter layer; a pixel electrode which passes through the second and the first passivation layers, is electrically connected to a part of the thin film transistor and has a lamination structure of transparent metal and opacity metal, wherein the transparent metal part has a width wider than that of the opacity metal part; and a second substrate corresponding to the first substrate.

摘要： The present invention provides a maintenance system for wind turbine equipment. The maintenance system includes a trolley support unit (130), a trolley (140), a pulley, a winch unit (150) and a door (160). The trolley support unit is provided in the nacelle so as to be movable in the longitudinal direction of the nacelle. The trolley is provided on the trolley support unit so as to be movable in the lateral direction of the nacelle. The pulley is rotatably installed in the trolley. The winch unit is connected to the pulley through a wire. The door is provided in the nacelle so that an element of the nacelle to be repaired is removed from or inserted into the nacelle through the door. Therefore, in the present invention, when maintenance or repair of an element in the nacelle is required, it can be conveniently conducted without using a separate crane.

The liquid crystal display device includes first and second substrates facing each other, a plurality of first spacers, a plurality of second spacers, and a liquid crystal layer filled between the first and second substrates. The first spacers are formed between the first and second substrates at portions of a black matrix layer of the second substrate. The first spacers include a plurality of first balls with a first diameter and a first solid to aggregate the first balls. The second spacers are formed at portions of the black matrix layer between the first and second substrates. The second spacers include a plurality of second balls with a second diameter 0.2 to 0.6 μm smaller than the first diameter and a second solid to aggregate the second balls.
