    摘要: The invention relates to the use of compounds of the formula in which R1, R2, R3 and R4 independently of one another are hydrogen, halogen, R6, OR6 or SR6, R5 is hydrogen or linear or branched C1-C12alkyl, benzyl or phenethyl, and R6 is an apolar group which is unsubstituted or substituted one or more times by halogen or by OC1-C6alkyl, with the proviso that if R5 is hydrogen, R1, R2, R3 or R4 is R6, OR6 or SR6, as additives in the pigmentation of partially crystalline plastics, especially those processed by injection moulding, with pigments containing at least one each of groups which are joined to one another as or are in conjugation with one another. Preferred pigments are quinacridone pigments, disazo condensation pigments, isoindolinone pigments and pyrrolo[3,4-c]pyrrole pigments, especially pyrrolo[3,4-c]pyrrole pigments. Corresponding formulations and novel compounds are likewise claimed. By these means it is possible to avoid warping.

    摘要: The invention relates to novel soluble pigment precursors possessing not only higher thermal stability but also improved solubility characteristics and to a process for mass coloration of high temperature polymers that utilizes these novel soluble pigment precursors. The pigment precursors of the invention are essentially of the formula A(B)x  (I) where x is an integer from 1 to 8, A is the radical of a chromophore of the quinacridone, anthraquinone, perylene, indigo, quinophthalone, indanthrone, isoindolinone, isoindoline, dioxazine, azo, phthalocyanine or diketopyrrolopyrrole series, this radical being linked with xB groups via one or more heteroatoms, these heteroatoms being selected from the group consisting of N, O and S and forming part of the radical A, and B is hydrogen or a group of the formula although at least one B group is not hydrogen and when x is from 2 to 8 the B groups may be identical or different. E1, E2, R1, R2, R3, R4, R7, R11, R14 and G1 are as defined in the specification. Also claimed are some materials pigmented according to the invention.

    摘要: An injection-molding process using warp-free pigment compositions including diaryldiketopyrrolo[3,4-C]pyrroles to improve the dimensional stability of the injection molded product by decreasing warping wherein the constituents of the formulation being injection molded are added into an injection molding machine in ready-premixed form or simultaneously as individual components. Preferred pigments are quinacridone pigments, disazo condensation pigments, isoindolinone pigments and pyrrolo[3,4-C]pyrrole pigments with pyrrolo[3,4-C]pyrrole pigments being especially preferred.
