Abstract:
A positioning structure for heat dissipating fins is provided. The heat dissipating fins is comprised of multiple metal plates, each of which comprising a main body, and a folded side portion connected to one or two sides of the main body. The positioning structure is disposed on each of the metal plates. The positioning structure comprises a protrusion located on the main body of the metal plate, an aperture being formed on the main body, the protrusion formed in the aperture; and a resilient snapping piece located on the folded side portion, the snapping piece corresponding to the protrusion and defining a buckling opening therein, the buckling opening being connected to a front opening having a width normally smaller than the width of the protrusion.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a tune-producing feeding utensil, such as a spoon or a fork. In the case of a spoon, the spoon mainly includes a metal bowl portion, a plastic handle portion, and a metal back cover. The handle portion is provided with compartments for receiving a circuit board and two serially connected button cells, as well as a shallow groove around the compartments for receiving a gasket. When the back cover is fitted onto the handle portion, the circuit board and button cells are sealed in the handle portion and the gasket is tightly pressed against the shallow groove to make the handle portion watertight. When a baby uses the spoon to feed itself with one hand holding the handle portion at the back cover and its mouth contacting with the bowl portion, an integrated circuit on the circuit board is actuated to cause a tune-producing device attached to the back cover to send out music or voice. The music or voice is helpful in encouraging the baby to enjoy feeding itself concentratively.
Abstract:
A pair of scissors with replaceable blades, comprising a pair of blades, a pair of grips each having a blade-connecting mechanism which permits the blades to be replaceably engaged with the grips includes a pair of locking members, a pair of controlling push blocks, a pair of cover members and a pair of springs. Each of the blades has a lower end portion grips formed with reverse hook-like teeth and each of the grips is formed with an engaging recess for receiving the lower end portion of the blade. A projecting block and a notch are respectively formed on upper and lower sections of inner side of the recess. A slide channel is formed beside the notch and a rib is formed on an outer and a lower sides of the recess. Three locking teeth are formed on an outer side of each locking member and a slant triangular cut is formed on an inner lower corner of the locking member. The controlling push block has a push board, a slant triangular projection extending inward from the push board and two rib sections disposed on two sides of the projection. A slide channel is formed on an inner lower section of the cover member and an insert hole and an arch depression are formed on a lower portion of the cover member.
Abstract:
A system and method for enhanced automatic monoimaging. Embodiments of the present invention are operable for configuring a first camera based on a configuration determination by a second camera. The method includes capturing a first image with the first camera and determining an optical configuration based on an optical measurement performed by a second camera. In one embodiment, the second camera comprises a lower resolution sensor than a sensor of the first camera. The method further includes sending the optical configuration from the second camera to the first camera and adjusting a configuration of the first camera based on the optical configuration. The method further includes capturing a second image with the first camera. The first image and the second image may be preview images.
Abstract:
A system and method for example method for displaying enterprise data via a user interface display. An example method includes providing a first user option to select enterprise data to be displayed, yielding selected data in response thereto; employing a capsule to present a visualization or infographic characterizing at least a portion of the selected data; and providing a second user option to flip or rotate the capsule, thereby displaying additional enterprise data that is related to or representative of the selected data or portion thereof. In a specific embodiment, the first user option includes a slider bar that enables a user to specify a time frame to filter the enterprise data.
Abstract:
A switch circuit for switching two clock signals includes a clock generator, a flip-flop and a multiplexer. The clock generator is to generate a reference signal whose cycle is the lowest common multiple of the cycles of the two clock signals. The flip-flop is to generate a selecting signal by taking a control signal from system as an input signal and taking the reference signal as a timing trigger signal. The multiplexer can output a selected clock signal according to the selecting signal in which the selected clock signal and the switched clock signal are synchronous during their entire cycles.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for identifying different types of energy sources used to charge a battery by receiving energy from at least one of the different types of energy sources at input terminals, identifying the type of energy source, and selecting a mode for charging the battery based on the type of energy source identified. A method and apparatus for protecting against certain energy sources used to charge a battery is also disclosed.
