    摘要: A spark plug for internal combustion engines ensures the formation of two spark paths. These two spark paths are a pure air spark which jumps over from electrode to electrode, and a creepage spark which emerges from the central electrode, creeps along the insulator and then jumps over at the point at the smallest distance between the insulator and the earth electrode. The spark plug includes a cylindrical metal tube which forms a housing and in which the central electrode is arranged, surrounded centrally by an insulator. The earth electrodes mounted on the metal tube are partially bent so that an obtuse bending angle of the bent-over part with respect to the part of the earth electrode which extends in the direction of the rotationally symmetrical longitudinal axis is produced.

    摘要: An arrangement increasing the rate of production and operating reliability of a method for identifying the type and/or size of a work receiving unit applied to an automatic sewing device. The identifying procedure is carried out prior to the sewing operation. According to the invention a sensor is associated with the sewing head or with the lower arm and provides a signal when coinciding with a mark at the work receiving unit. The sensor is first moved along a straight line in X-direction and then along a straight line in Y-direction. The straight lines each include a mark, one of which represents type of the work receiving unit and the other one the size of the same.

To the free end of the output lever there is tiltably mounted a workpiece clamp. The two levers are pivotably supported about a stationary axis in order to be swingably driven. In order to allow universal displacement of the workpiece clamp, the displacement of which is only restricted by the size of the link system, driving devices engage independently from one another the levers. Furthermore, the workpiece clamp may be swingably driven by an electric motor.

    摘要: A spark plug for an internal combustion engine includes a ground electrode, a center electrode, an insulator, a housing, and a folded packing which is situated on an outer circumference of the housing. The folded packing has: a hollow profile in cross section; a free leg directed outwards; and a support region. The folded packing lies on a contact surface in a support region, and the free leg is situated at an angle to the support region. The folded packing is pressed together during the mounting of the spark plug, and the free leg of the folded packing is designed to bend over in the direction of the support surface during the mounting to provide a diameter enlargement of the folded packing.
