    摘要: A connector includes an insulating housing, a metal shell that covers the insulative housing, and a switch. The switch includes a fixed contact and a movable contact. The fixed contact is formed by partially bending a rear end of a top surface of a metal shell downward. The metal shell covers an insulating housing to be mated with a mating connector. The movable contact extends while having a fixed end held by the insulating housing, and bifurcates at an approximate midpoint of the movable contact. The movable contact has, at one free end, an attachment section that abuts a mating connector approaching in a mating direction and a contacting section, at an opposite free end, that contacts the fixed contact when the attachment section is pushed by the mating connector.

    摘要: The eye's optical characteristic measuring system of the present invention comprises a projection system 2 for projecting a primary index image on fundus of an eye under testing, a photodetection system 3 for forming a secondary index image on a photoelectric detector 21 from a reflection light beam of the primary index image, detection systems 26, 27 and 28 for measuring a light amount intensity distribution characteristic of the secondary index image based on a signal from the photoelectric detector, a correction optical system 12 arranged in an optical path shared in common with the photodetection system and the detection system and for focusing the primary index image on the fundus of the eye under testing in corrected condition according to ocular refractive characteristic of the eye under testing, and a light beam switching means 13 for switching over to a first condition to guide the reflection light beam including the scattering reflection light beam from the fundus of the eye under testing to the photoelectric detector and to a second condition to guide only the totally reflected light beam from the fundus of the eye under testing to the photoelectric detector, wherein the system is designed in such manner that light amount intensity distribution characteristics of the secondary index images formed respectively by two light beams selected by the light beam switching means can be measured based on signals from the photoelectric detector under the condition corrected by the correction optical system.

    摘要: The invention provides an apparatus which detects light quantity distribution characteristics of a measuring target image projected to a fundus of an eye to be inspected and measures eye optical characteristics from the light quantity distribution characteristics. A projecting optical system has a light source and projects a measurement target to a fundus of an eye to be inspected by bundle of rays emitted from the light source, and a light receiving optical system condenses the bundle of rays reflected from the fundus of the eye. A photoelectric detector detects light quantity distribution characteristics of an image formed by the light receiving optical system, and an arithmetic unit measures eye optical characteristics of the eye based on a signal output from the photoelectric detector. A deflecting optical member for deflecting bundle of rays incident into both optical paths of the projecting optical system and the light receiving optical system is arranged so as to be rotatable.

The method includes the steps of mounting masks having the same aperture to the at least two exposure columns; scanning, in each of the at least two exposure columns, the charged-particle beam over an area containing a mark on a surface substantially at the same height as the object after passing the charged-particle beam through the same aperture; obtaining, in each of the at least two exposure columns, a signal waveform corresponding to the scan by detecting charged particles scattered by the mark; and comparing the signal waveform between the at least two exposure columns.
