    摘要: A data-cache apparatus for providing a data-cache function to a radio communications system is disclosed. The data-cache apparatus includes a data distinguishing unit (310) to distinguish an attribute of data requested by a mobile station, a cache memory (340) that temporarily stores data provided to a mobile station, and a data request processing unit (320 and 330) to acquire requested data from the cache memory or an external server based on a result of distinction carried out by the data distinguishing unit. The data request processing unit performs operations of searching for the requested data in the cache memory, and storing the acquired data in the cache memory.

    摘要: An alkaline dry cell includes an anode inside a cathode. The anode includes a metal anode current collector inside an gel anode, which has zinc alloy powder as an active material. The cathode includes a cathode depolarizing mixture, which has electrolytic manganese dioxide as an active material, in a closed-end metal cathode can. Small amounts of the active materials can be used economically. A theoretical capacity ratio (NE/PE) between the anode and the cathode is in a range of 1.0 to 1.20. A contact area ratio (PA/NA) between an anode-opposed area of the cathode depolarizing mixture and a contact area of the anode current collector against the gel anode is in a range of 1.82 to 8.24. A short charge-up time makes the alkaline dry cell suitable to power the flash of a camera.

    摘要: A video converter can be mounted on an optical endoscope which has an image guide capable of transmitting an optical image formed by an objective optical system. The video converter incorporates a solid-state imaging device having a plurality of pixels. The levels of the outputs from the pixels of the solid-state imaging device are compared with a dark current level, and the size of the imaging area of the image guide is detected from the result of the comparison. A photo-sensing/imaging area scaling signal is selected or generated in accordance with the result of detection if the imaging area of the image guide, and the intensity of the illuminating light is controlled in accordance with the actual imaging area which is determined by incorporating the photo-sensing/imaging area scaling signal.

A first communication unit communicates with the upper-level carrier through a first communication session established therewith.     摘要: A mobile communication system includes a radio network control apparatus having inside a function block for processing a downlink shared channel and table means for storing various setting information related to the downlink shared channel communication and the downlink shared channel multi-cast communication. According to the information, a multi-cast communication (including uni-cast communication) is realized by using the downlink shared channel for one or more mobile apparatuses. Moreover, a base station has a function to transmit the downlink shared channel data and signaling data received from a radio network control apparatus, to a mobile apparatus via a radio line. Furthermore, it is possible to multi-cast data selectively to a particular mobile apparatus being call-connected.

When riding an electric train, the mobile terminal UE receives a disembarkation notification and an embarkation notification from a RFID tag writer equipped on a train, and notifies the base station Node-B that the terminal is on-board the train. While on-board the train, the terminal accesses an in-vehicle AP by employing a WLAN, Bluetooth, or similar system, and the in-vehicle AP communicates with the base station Node-B. This configuration enables the in-vehicle AP to handle all of the mobile devices existing on a train in a centralized manner, thereby eliminating the need for each of the mobile devices to individually access the base station Node-B.
