    摘要: The object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a soft magnetic material, a soft magnetic material, a method for manufacturing a P/M soft magnetic material, and a P/M soft magnetic material which achieve the desired magnetic properties. In the method for manufacturing the soft magnetic material of the present invention, there is a first heat treatment step (step S3) in which a metal magnetic particle 10, which has iron as its main component, is heat treated to a temperature of 900 degrees C. or greater and less than the melting point of metal magnetic particle 10. After the first heat treatment step (step S3), there is a step for forming a plurality of composite magnetic particles 30 which are metal magnetic particles 10 surrounded by an insulation covering 20 (step S6).

    摘要: To provide an optical writing device that outputs image light to be recorded to a display recording medium. An optical element thereof includes a two-dimensional periodic structural body including periodic structure sections sectioned along a direction orthogonal to the direction along which transparent layers and light absorption layers are arranged alternately in a repeated manner. At least a part of the periodic structure sections is in a periodic structure in which the transparent layers and the light absorption layers are arranged alternately by varying phases of spatial frequencies of the transparent layers neighboring in the orthogonal direction. Repeated period pitches of the transparent layers and the light absorption layers in the two orthogonal directions of the two-dimensional periodic structural body are set to match with each other, and the repeated period pitches are set to be narrower than a layout pitch of the pixels of the spatial light modulating element.

    摘要: A maintenance and management system for tracheal tube in tracheal intubation makes it easier or steadier to identify endotracheal tube placement in the airway, check a tracheal stenosis due to sputum clogging, confirm a breakaway of the tube out of the airway, store and monitor measured data, diagnose automatically the complications, and obtain data for reproducing function of sound in a breath circuit. A ventilator tube is connected to the endotracheal tube and provided therein with a microphone to sense a breath sound transmitted via the endotracheal tube and a pressure sensing element to measure a circuit pressure in the ventilator circuit for the endotracheal tube. The data derived from the sensing elements is processed in a personal computer to be used to measure whether the breath sound and the circuit pressure are within a range of a prescribed value.

    摘要: A heater comprises a cap 20 formed by joining and fixing together curved peripheries 10a as peripheries of two semi-elliptical heat-generator-containing sheets 10 of generally the same shape. The heat-generator-containing sheet 10 comprises a waterproof inner layer sheet 2, an air-permeable sheet 5 disposed so as to cover the entire surface of the inner layer sheet 2, and a plurality of heat generators 3 interposed between and held by the inner layer sheet 2 and the air-permeable sheet 5, which generate heat when in contact with an air. The heat generators 3 are disposed substantially over the entire surface of the cap 20. The heat-generator-containing sheets 10 are joined and fixed together with the respective inner layer sheets 2 being the inner surface. The heater realizes a simple handling when in use, a small temperature variation, and simple fabrication process.
