Abstract: Provided is a polyfunctional vinyl aromatic copolymer having reactivity and solubility that can be used for manufacturing a copolymer rubber and a copolymer rubber material having processability, strength and homogeneity obtained therefrom. The polyfunctional vinyl aromatic copolymer includes: 0.5 mol % or more and 40 mol % or less of a structural unit (a) derived from a divinyl aromatic compound and 60 mol % or more and 99.5 mol % or less of a structural unit (b) derived from a monovinyl aromatic compound, in which at least some of the structural units (a) are a crosslinked structural unit (a2) represented by the following Formula (2) and a vinyl-group-containing structural unit (a1) represented by the following Formula (1):

Abstract: A microspheric ionomer having a cross-linked structure, a preparation method therefor, applications thereof, and a preparation system thereof. The ionomer comprises structure units A represented by formula (1), structure units B represented by formula (2), and a cross-linking structure provided by a cross-linking agent, M being separately selected from H, a metal cation, and a straight chain, a saturated alkyl of branched or ring-shaped C1-C20, R being H or a methyl; and metal cations are introduced to part of structure units A in the ionomer. The ionomer shows an outstanding effect on nucleation of PET, serves as a nucleating agent for PET modification, so as to obtain a corresponding PET composition. A system and method for continuously preparing maleic acid ester ionomer microspheres and cross-linked maleic acid ionomer microspheres, so as to achieve continuous preparation, washing and separation of ionomer microspheres, effectively stabilizes the separation effect, and avoids frequent start and stop operations of a centrifuge.

Abstract: The disclosure relates to a curable polymer composition comprising (i) a copolymer of a diisoalkenylarene (DIAEA) and a divinylarene (DVA), and (ii) at least one anti-scorching agent. The copolymer has a solubility in a hydrocarbon solvent at 25° C. for a period of less than 4 hours of at least 10 wt. %, a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 50 to 300° C., and a Gel Content of less than 5 wt. %. The curable polymer composition is cured at a temperature of greater than 140° C. to obtain a cured polymer composition having a Gel Content in a hydrocarbon solvent of >90%, and low Dk and Df values. The curable polymer composition does not cross-link or has minimal premature cross-linking in steps such as processing, storage, etc., and can be used in copper clad lamination applications.

The photocurable composition can be adapted that a UV shrinkage after forming a photo-cured layer at 23° C. is not greater than 4.0%; and that a thermal shrinkage after conducting a baking treatment of the photo-cured layer at 350° C. is not greater than 3.5%.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a toner composition, developer and additive for a toner composition. The toner composition includes toner particles having at least one resin, an optional colorant, an optional wax, and a crosslinked polymer particle on at least a portion of an external surface of the toner particles. The crosslinked polymeric particle on a surface of the toner particles includes at least a hydrophobic monomer comprising a non-fluorinated monomer having a carbon to oxygen (C/O) ratio of 3 or greater or a fluorinated monomer. The crosslinked polymer particle includes a second monomer comprising two or more vinyl groups present in an amount from about 8 wt % to about 40 wt % of the copolymer, a metal oxide and optionally a charge control agent monomer.
