Abstract:
A hinge is mountable on the frame of a cabinet and includes a base plate, an intermediate part and a hinge arm. The intermediate part is held in slide grooves in the base plate, and the intermediate part and the hinge arm are held together by a screw.
Abstract:
A furniture hinge includes a mounting member that is fixable on a frame of a cabinet and a hinge casing that is insertable into a bore in a door of the cabinet. A hinge arm is linked to the hinge casing by means of hinge links. The hinge arm is mounted on the mounting member by means of an intermediate member and is held on this intermediate member by a screw. The position of the hinge arm is adjustable with respect to the mounting member.
Abstract:
An actuating mechanism for a pivotably mounted actuating arm for driving a flap of a piece of furniture includes a spring device and a transmission mechanism. The spring device includes a spring-loaded setting member and the transmission mechanism converts the movement of the setting member into a pivoting movement of the actuating arm. The transmission mechanism includes at least one pivotably mounted interlever interacting between the setting member and the actuating arm so that interaction between the interlever and the setting member or the actuating arm occurs by a setting contour. The transmission mechanism includes at least one adjustment device to alter the transmission ratio between the movement of the setting member and the pivoting movement of the actuating arm.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a piece of furniture comprising a body (1) and at least one flap (2) that can be upwardly displaced by means of at least one actuating arm (3) which is joined to the flap in an articulated manner and can preferably be pivoted about a horizontal axis. At least one actuating arm (3) is subjected to the action of a spring device (4), and at least one electric drive (5) acts on at least one actuating arm (3, 3′). A coupling device (40) acts between the electric drive (5) and the actuating arm (3), said coupling device having a free wheel for freely displacing the actuating arm (3) into an open position and/or a closed position, in at least one rotary direction over a defined angular region.
Abstract:
A hinge for pieces of furniture comprising a hinge arm (2) and a hinge casing (1) which are connected to each other by means of at least one hinge axle. The hinge arm (2) is provided with a fluid damper (20). The fluid damper is mounted on the side of the hinge arm without the use of a tool.
Abstract:
A hinge to mounted door on an article of furniture includes a base plate to be mounted on the article of furniture. An intermediate member is mounted on the base plate by a spring mechanism in the form of a tilting lever mounted on the intermediate member by a pivot and a spring biasing the tilting lever to pivot in a direction to lock the intermediate member on the base plate. A hinge arm is connected to the intermediate member for adjustment relative thereto. A mechanism to selectively adjust the hinge arm relative to the intermediate member in a direction longitudinally of the intermediate member includes plural projections on the intermediate member, the projections being spaced longitudinally of the intermediate member. Such mechanism further includes a disk rotatively mounted on the hinge arm and having an upper side to be engaged by an adjusting tool and a lower side having a cam in the form of a spiral web in engagement with the projections.
Abstract:
A pull-out guide assembly includes a support rail to be mounted on an article of furniture, a pull-out rail to be mounted on a drawer, and an intermediate rail positioned between the support rail and the pull-out rail. A driving roller is mounted on the intermediate rail and runs on running flanges of the support rail and pull-out rail. A locking device on the intermediate rail couples the intermediate rail to the pull-out rail during a rear portion of displacement movement of the pull-out rail into the article of furniture. A closing device is provided on one of the rails to move the intermediate rail and the pull-out rail that is coupled thereto by the locking device to a rearmost position. A clearance is defined and created between the driving roller and the running flange of the support rail to prevent operation of the driving roller during a rear portion of movement of the pull-out rail.
Abstract:
A drawer includes drawer side walls and metal pull-out rails attached to the drawer side walls. Each metal pull-out rail has a vertical web, an upper horizontal running flange and a lower horizontal flange supporting a drawer bottom plate. The bottom plate has parallel lateral edges and a pair of longitudinal grooves extending parallel to such lateral edges. A number of flaps are punched out of each lower horizontal flange and extend into a respective groove to fix the bottom plate to the flange. Cover strips are arranged on the drawer side walls and cover the lateral edges of the bottom plate. A further number of flaps is stamped out of each lower horizontal flange. Such further flaps abut the bottom plate at the sides of the respective groove, thus thrusting the bottom plate to the respective cover strip.
Abstract:
A pull-out guide for drawers, having a carcass-side bearing rail (3) and a drawer-side pull-out rail (6) at each side of the drawer. Load-transmitting rollers (4, 16, 17) are mounted on the rails (3, 6). The rails (3, 6) have running webs for the rollers (4, 16, 17) and the rollers (4, 16, 17) of the bearing rails (3) and of the pull-out rails (6) are offset perpendicular with respect to the pull-out direction of the pull-out rails (6) such that the pull-out rails (6) are guided in two tracks. At least one bracket (13, 30) is mounted at the rear end of the pull-out rail (6) the bracket (13, 30, 31) having a horizontal web (33) abbuting the running web (22) of the pull-out rail (6) or a support block (12) of plastics being inserted between the horizontal web (23) of the bracket (13) and the running web (22) of the pull-out rail (6). There are mounted on the bracket (13, 31) two rollers (16, 17) which are arranged one above the other and which receive between them the running web (18) of the bearing rail (3). The supporting block (12) of plastics is arranged in the track of the roller (4) mounted on the bearing rail (3).
