Abstract: The present invention relates to a device-to device (D2D) operation method performed by a terminal in a wireless communication system. The method comprises: separately receiving, from a serving cell, measurement bandwidth information about a frequency not included in information indicative of a measurement object for the purpose of supporting the mobility of the terminal; measuring the frequency not included in the measurement object for the purpose of supporting the mobility on the basis of the measurement bandwidth information; selecting a cell on the frequency; and performing discovery announcement on the cell.

Abstract: During path switching between sidelink (SL) and uplink (UL) for vehicle-to-everything (V2X) message transmission, a path switching layer of a user equipment (UE), which may be located right above a packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) layer of the UE, stores a vehicle-to-everything (V2X) message, which is not transmitted yet on an old path, in a transmission buffer. And then, the path switching layer of the UE re-submits the V2X message stored in the transmission buffer to a lower layer of a new path.

Abstract: A method of selecting a relay user equipment (UE) performed by a remote UE in wireless communication system, and a UE using the method are provided. The method includes determining whether a measurement of a current relay UE is smaller than a threshold and selecting a candidate relay UE satisfying a specific condition as a relay UE when the measurement of the current relay UE is smaller than the threshold. Here, the candidate relay UE is selected as a relay UE only when a measurement of the candidate relay UE is greater than a minimum hysteresis value (minHyst) based on the threshold.

If at least one of the attributes is not acquired from the specific WLAN, the UE evaluates traffic steering from the 3GPP access network to the WLAN excluding the specific WLAN. The RAN assistance information includes a WLAN signal power threshold and a WLAN load threshold.

Abstract: A method for changing a coverage enhancement (CE) mode at a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system in a wireless communication system is disclosed. The method includes steps of determining a CE mode level to be changed, transmitting a CE mode change request message to a network based on the determined CE mode level, and receiving a CE mode change message from the network via a physical downlink control channel. Especially, when the determined CE mode level is greater than a current CE mode level, a random access preamble associated with the determined CE mode level is transmitted to the network as the CE mode change request message.
