摘要： a cathode ray tube comprises an envelope including a faceplate with an inner and outer surface and an antistatic layer covering the outer surface of the faceplate for discharging static charges accumulating in the faceplate. The antistatic layer is formed by using a solution containing an alcoholate of silicon as main constituent. The antistatic layer contains a stabilizing substance for maintaining antistatic characteristics. The antistatic layer also has light filtering characteristics when the layer contains xanthene dye as filtering substance.

摘要： An arrangement is disclosed for reducing the overall effective size of the goods storage and discharging system in an automatic vending machine. The solenoid and transmission mechanism of each goods discharging mechanism are so disposed that the discharging mechanisms of adjacent goods storage shelves may be arranged in a back-to-back relation with the solenoids and transmission mechanisms thereof laterally adjacent each other. The overall size of the vending machine may thus be substantially reduced.

An outer cylinder serving as a protective member is arranged concentrically with the eccentric pin, so as to surround the outer circumference of the eccentric pin. At least part of the eccentric pin and the outer cylinder is arranged in the cam groove.

摘要： A shock absorbing lanyard is a one-piece webbing. The shock absorbing lanyard has a tubular-shaped high strength outer sheath and a high elongation member inside of the outer sheath. The outer sheath and the high elongation member are secured together at spaced apart connection locations and the high elongation member is generally not secured to the outer sheath between the connection locations. Heat treatment shrinks the length of the high elongation member. The outer sheath does not substantially shrink from the heat treatment relative to the high elongation member and gathers together in an accordion-like arrangement. A tensile load applied to the lanyard stretches the high elongation member and unfolds the gathered outer sheath. The high strength outer sheath supports the tensile load when completely unfolded while the high elongation member absorbs energy as it stretches or elongates.

A convex shape of the nip formed by the fixing roller and the fixing belt, and a convex shape of a nip of the flattener formed by the conveyance roller and the pressure contact member are arranged to have opposite directions to each other, when viewed from a direction perpendicular to the conveyance direction of the recording medium.

The developer includes a developing sleeve for holding the developing agent on its surface and a transferor for transferring the developing agent image on the photoreceptor to a recording medium. A cleaner is provided for cleaning a residual developing agent on the photoreceptor after the developing agent image is transferred to the recording medium and a purge control unit is provided for purging foreign matter from the developing agent on the developing sleeve. The purge control unit includes an attraction member for attracting foreign matter from the developing sleeve.
