    摘要: An extrusion die for forming a honeycomb structure comprises a die body provided with a plurality of disconnected feed passageways which are formed from the inlet face thereof, interconnected grid-shaped extrusion slots which are formed from the outlet face thereof so as to be communicated with said feed passageways, and an annular stepped portion formed in the outer peripheral portion of the outlet face thereof, and an annular die mask which covers the stepped portion of the die body below the outlet face of the central unstepped portion of the die body. And between the die mask and a dropped portion formed between the stepped portion and the unstepped portion of the die body, an annular opening portion which opens in the extruding direction is formed.

    摘要: An extrusion device comprises a die provided with feed passageways and grid-shaped extrusion slots, and a die mask covering the peripheral portion of the die on the extrudable material outlet side. The die mask is provided with a plurality of disconnected openings which are formed in the lower end of the inner surface thereof at predetermined intervals so as to be communicated with the extrusion slots of the peripheral portion of the die. By this extrusion device, the extrudable material is supplied from the openings into the outer periphery of the extruded body to form a honeycomb structure having a smooth outer peripheral surface and a thick outer wall.

    摘要: An oxygen sensor is disposed upstream of a three-way catalyst in an exhaust system of an internal combustion engine and includes a sensing element of metal oxide whose electromotive force or resistance value varies in response to the concentration of oxygen in the engine exhaust gases. A catalytic body including a catalytic metal material exhibiting the same catalytic performance as that of the three-way catalyst is disposed around the sensing element or upstream of the oxygen sensor or is formed by impregnating a portion of the sensing element with the catalytic metal material, so that the air-fuel ratio at the intake side or exhaust side of the engine can be controlled depending on the output of the oxygen sensor.

The production method for the display device of the invention includes, in one embodiment, a first step of forming a first insulating film on the substrate, a second step of forming a plurality of such lower electrodes each corresponding to each of the pixels on the first insulating film in the pixel region, forming a conductive film on the first insulating film in a peripheral region outside the pixel region, and forming a hole, in the conductive film, which extends to the first insulating film, and a third step of performing a bake treatment on the substrate on which the lower electrode and the conductive film are provided.
