    摘要: A scroll fluid machine includes a stationary scroll having a spiral wrap formed on an end plate and a moving scroll having a spiral wrap formed on an end plate. A polymer actuator for adjusting the amount of space between the wrap and the end plate is disposed in a recess formed at a tip of the wrap. The polymer actuator changes its shape along a height of the wrap to adjust an amount of the space. The polymer actuator also functions as a seal between the end plate and the wrap. The recess is formed such that a wall of the recess including an inner circumference surface of the wrap has a thickness different from that of a wall of the recess including an outer circumference surface of the wrap.

    摘要: A scroll compressor includes a stationary scroll and a movable scroll. Each scroll has a helical lap provided on one surface of an individual panel. The laps are brought together to form a compression chamber between the laps. A back pressure chamber is formed in a side of the panel of the movable scroll that is opposite of a side where the lap is formed. At least one concave part capable of communicating with the compression chamber is formed in the surface of the panel of the stationary scroll where the lap is formed. At least one throughhole is formed in the panel of the movable scroll. The throughhole is formed through a thickness direction of the panel of the movable scroll and is configured to intermittently cause the concave part and the back pressure chamber to communicate.

    摘要: An airtight compressor includes a compression mechanism disposed inside an airtight container in a position below a gas retention space. An oil supply passage supplies oil from an oil reservoir both to the gas retention space (14) and to a sliding portion of the compression mechanism in a compression space. The oil supply passage communicates the gas retention space with a second space located on an opposite side of the piston from the intake chamber. A second channel is a channel that is different from the oil supply passage. The second channel enables a gas medium to flow from the gas retention space to the second space. Preferably, passage resistance when the gas medium flows through the second channel is less than when the gas medium flows through the oil supply passage.

The pressing mechanism includes a back-pressure chamber facing a back surface of a movable-scroll end plate, and a back-pressure supply path arranged to allow the back-pressure chamber to communicate with a compression chamber which is in a state right before the compression chamber communicates with an outlet port or a state in which the compression chamber communicates with the outlet port. The back-flow prevention mechanism allows refrigerant of the back-pressure supply path to flow from the compression chamber to the back-pressure chamber, and prevents fluid of the back-pressure supply path from returning from the back-pressure chamber to the compression chamber.

    摘要: A fluid machinery includes a rotary mechanism, an annular back pressure chamber and an oil passage. The rotary mechanism includes first and second cooperating members, each including an engaging member extending from an end plate, with the cooperating members being arranged to oscillate relative to each in order to change volumes of operation chambers formed between the cooperating members. The annular back pressure chamber is formed on the back surface side of the end plate of the first cooperating member, and communicates with an intermediate operation chamber of the operation chambers to thrust the first cooperating member against the second cooperating member. The intermediate operation chamber is in an intermediate pressure state. The oil passage is arranged to communicate an oil into the back pressure chamber to fill the back pressure chamber with the oil. The rotary mechanism can include a piston and cylinder, or can include a fixed and orbiting scroll.

    摘要: An air conditioning apparatus is provided whereby the pressure pulsation generated by a compressor can be entirely reduced both during cooling and during heating, and a muffler can be shared. The air conditioning apparatus has a refrigerant circuit. The refrigerant circuit is configured so that a compressor for compressing a refrigerant, an indoor heat exchanger, an outdoor heat exchanger, and a four-way switch valve are connected via a refrigerant pipe. The four-way switch valve switches the flow of refrigerant compressed by the compressor to either the indoor heat exchanger or the outdoor heat exchanger. The air conditioning apparatus further includes a pressure pulsation reducing component. The pressure pulsation reducing component is provided between the four-way switch valve and the indoor heat exchanger. The pressure pulsation reducing component reduces pressure pulsation inside the refrigerant circuit. The pressure pulsation is generated by the compressor.
