摘要:
There is disclosed a method for processing a silver halide photographic material comprising processing the silver halide color photographic material containing a prescribed amount of titanium oxide in an water-resistant resin layer on the silver halide color photographic material, with a color developer containing a prescribed amount of chloride ions. The disclosure described provides a method of developing processing wherein edge stain due to penetration of a developing solution from the cut end of the base is prevented and the sharpness of image is excellent.

A thermal head for a thermal-transfer or heat-sensitive printer has a silicon substrate having a projection. A porous silicon layer having a small thermal conductivity is formed on the silicon substrate so as to cover at least the projection on the silicon substrate. A heat-generating resistor layer is formed on the porous silicon oxide layer in a region above the projection of the silicon substrate. A conductor layer is formed on the heat-generating layer so as to expose the portion of the heat-generating resistor layer which is right above the projection of the silicon substrate and which serves as a heat-generating portion. The heat-generating portion and the conductor layer are covered by a protective layer.

摘要:
A photographic developing apparatus of the type in which development is effected by passing exposed sensitive material (principally one for printing such as photographic paper) successively through a developing vessel, a bleaching/fixing vessel, and a rinsing vessel. The bleaching/fixing vessel is replenished with a mixture of concentrated processing liquid and liquid extracted from the rinsing vessel, so that the amount of processing liquid discharged from the rinsing vessel as overflow is reduced, thereby alleviating the burden of waste liquid disposal. When the exposed sensitive material to be processed is principally one for photographing such as negative film or reversal film, the material is successively passed through a developing vessel, a bleaching vessel, a fixing vessel, and a rinsing vessel, or through a developing vessel, a bleaching vessel, a bleaching/fixing vessel, and a rinsing vessel, so that concentrated processing liquid and liquid extracted from the rinsing vessel are supplied to the fixing vessel or the bleaching/fixing vessel which is immediately before the rinsing vessel.

A method for processing a silver halide color photographic light-sensitive material comprises color developing the light-sensitive material and then subjecting it to bleach-fixing treatment, the amount of bleach-fixing solution replenished being 0.2 to 15 times the volume of the color developer carried over, to the bleach-fixing bath, by the processed light-sensitive material per unit area thereof and not less than 80 mole % of the total non-metallic cations present in the replenisher for the bleach-fixing solution being ammonium ions. This method makes it possible to substantially reduce the magenta stains formed after processing due to the magenta couplers used.

In a photographic processing apparatus for immersing and developing an exposed light sensitive material in a developer contained in a developing tank, the temperature of the developer is detected and an evaporation amount of the developer corresponding to an elapsed time period is estimated on the basis of the temperature detected. Then, a replenishment water is supplied to the developing tank by the amount based on this estimated evaporation amount. Consequently, an optimum concentration of the developer in the developing tank can be maintained, thereby preventing a change in the developing characteristics.

The present invention relates to a processing method for a silver halide color photographic material, which makes it possible to substantially reduce the amount of waste liquor and the pollution of the environments. In the process, the color photosensitive material is continuously developed, and the process is characterized in that all or a part of the overflow of a color developer being substantially free from benzyl alcohol is used as a part of a processing solution used in a process other than the color development process.

摘要:
A method of forming color photographic images where a silver halide color photographic material containing a coupler which forms a dye by reaction with the oxidation product of an aromatic primary amine developing agent and containing an acid-processed gelatin in an amount of 25% by weight or more of the amount of the total gelatin coated is color developed, desilvered and then rinsed in water and/or stabilized. The total of the processing time of said desilvering, rinsing-in-water and stabilization steps is controlled to be 3 minutes or less, and/or the amount of replenisher added to the rinsing-in-water bath and stabilization bath is controlled to be from 0.5 to 50 times of the amount of the processing solution which is brought into the rinsing-in-water bath and stabilization bath from the desilvering bath together with the material which is being processed. By the method, staining of the processed photographic material in a rapid processing can noticeably be reduced and the amount of the final rinsing or stabilizing solution to be used can noticeably be economized without lowering the image storability of the processed material.
