摘要: Each node or terminal in a communication network is capable of generating routing information for routing packets from an arbitrary source terminal to an arbitrary destination terminal on both a single-path route and a multipath route. The routing information is placed in packets transmitted to neighboring communication terminals, and analyzed in packets received from neighboring terminals. The single-path route is spatially or temporally separated from the multipath route so that the single-path route does not receive interference from the multipath route. Temporal separation may be effected by suspending the transmission of packets temporarily at each communication terminal on the multipath route. Spatial separation may be effected by using the routing information to designate different zones in the network, the single-path route being disposed in one zone, the multipath route in another zone.

摘要: Routing schemes are provided for a communication network. In one scheme, destination terminals and associated neighboring terminals are listed in a routing control cache at each communication terminal in the network, and packets are routed toward the destination terminal through the associated neighboring terminals. In another scheme, a single path from a source terminal to a destination terminal is automatically expanded into multiple paths. In yet another scheme, packets are routed as long as this does not increase the number of hops to the destination terminal. These schemes enable multiple paths to be established by a simple procedure not requiring complex distance calculations. In still another scheme, routing is restricted to the shortest path and paths up to a given number of hops longer than the shortest path, permitting paths to diverge in multiple directions from the source and destination terminals.

摘要: A support structure for ink cartridge eliminates potential obstacles in replacement of an ink cartridge, thereby facilitating the replacement. The support structure includes a carriage (2) which has a rear wall (2a) for supporting a rear surface of an ink cartridge (1), a base for supporting a bottom surface of the cartridge (1), and a first lateral wall (2b) for supporting a first side surface of the cartridge (1). The structure also includes a front cover (5) connected to the carriage (2) openably and closably in a horizontal direction. The cover (5) presses a front surface of the cartridge (1) toward the rear surface, and presses a second side surface of the cartridge (1) toward the first side surface. Further, the structure includes an upper cover (7) connected to the carriage (2) openably and closably in a vertical direction. The cover (7) presses an upper surface of the cartridge (1) toward the bottom surface.

摘要: A method for controlling a screw injecting apparatus having a heating cylinder and a screw slidably and rotatably received in the heating cylinder and designed to carry out a plasticizing-metering phase in which a predetermined amount of a molten material is accumulated forwardly of the screw by plasticizing and kneading a raw molding material via the screw and the heating cylinder, a waiting phase in which the screw is held inactive for a period between completion of the metering and subsequent injection of the molten material, and an injecting phase in which the molten material is injected. The method comprises the step of causing the apparatus to vibrate the molten material at a predetermined low frequency axially of the screw during the plasticizing-metering phase. By vibrating the molten material at a low frequency during the relatively long plasticizing-metering phase, the viscosity of the molten material can be reduced. Further, since vibrations are generated axially of the screw, sufficient vibrations can be applied to the tip of the molten material.

摘要: When an injection speed (final control amount) of a screw as an object subjected to control which is controlled by an actuator, for example, an injection cylinder is controlled so as to be a set value of a previously set molding condition. An intermediate control amount for operating the injection cylinder, for example, a valve differential pressure of a servo valve is detected. An instruction value for operating and controlling the injection cylinder is determined by calculation processing by a computer functional unit on the basis of the detected valve differential pressure and the above-mentioned set value Vs. The determined instruction value is used to operate and control the injection cylinder. In addition, the injection speed is detected, and when a detected value of the detected injection speed reaches a previously set target value, feedback control is made on the basis of the detected value and the set value. Thereby the control similar to feedforward control is made in the transition period, while the feedback control is used together in the steady period, or switching to the feedback control only is performed.
