    摘要: Generating an image with an imaging system includes capturing a first sub-image during a first exposure with a first pixel subset of an image sensor of the imaging system, capturing a second sub-image during a second exposure with a second pixel subset of the image sensor, capturing a third sub-image during a third exposure with a third pixel subset of the image sensor, and capturing a fourth sub-image during a fourth exposure with a fourth pixel subset of the image sensor. The first, second, third, and fourth exposures have different durations. A preferred exposure is selected from between the first, second, third and fourth exposures by analyzing the first, second, third, and fourth sub-images. Then, a full-resolution image is captured at the preferred exposure. An HDR image is generated based on the full-resolution image and the sub-images.

    摘要: Reducing consumption of image sensor processor bandwidth includes capturing an image containing subject matter with an image sensor and cropping the image to generate a cropped image. Cropping the image is performed by the image sensor in response to coordinates received from an image sensor processor. The cropped image is sent from the image sensor to the image sensor processor and new coordinates based on a position of the subject matter in the cropped image are determined with the image sensor processor. The new coordinates are then sent to the image sensor.

First communication data is received at the first peer-to-peer station directly from the first mobile platform.     摘要: An image transformation and multi-view output system and associated method generates output view data from raw image data using a coordinate mapping that reverse maps pixels of the output view data onto the raw image data. The coordinate mapping is stored in a lookup table and incorporates perspective correction and/or distortion correction for a wide angle lens used to capture the raw image data. The use of the lookup table with reverse mapping improves performance of the image transformation and multi-view output system to allow multi-view video streaming of images corrected for one or both of perspective and distortion.

As the series of digital images are captured, exposure time and/or gain are adjusted to adjust a mean intensity value of the digital images until a target mean intensity value is reached. The method includes dynamically selecting the target mean intensity value from a plurality of target mean intensity values based on a relative number of pixels, in each captured digital image, that have an intensity value that falls outside a range of intensity values.
