Abstract: Provided is a steel sheet for a hot press formed member having excellent resistance to hydrogen delayed fracture, and a method for manufacturing the same. A steel sheet for a hot press formed member comprises: a base steel sheet; an aluminum alloy plating layer on a surface of the base steel sheet; and an oxide layer which is formed on a surface of the plating layer and has a thickness of 0.05 μm or more.

Abstract: Provided is a steel sheet for a hot press formed member having excellent coating adhesion, and a method for manufacturing the same. A steel sheet for hot press forming is an aluminum alloy plated steel sheet, wherein an average Fe content in a plating layer may be 40 wt % or more, and a concentration gradient of a section having a Fe content of 45 wt % to 80 wt % in the plating layer may 7 wt %/μm or less of a concentration gradient at a section having an Fe content of 45% to 80% in the plating layer in a thickness direction from a surface of the plating layer according to a result of GDS analysis.

Abstract: Provided is a steel sheet for a hot press formed member having excellent painting adhesion and post-painting corrosion resistance, and a method for manufacturing the same. A steel sheet for hot press forming according to one aspect of the present invention comprises a base steel sheet and a plated layer formed on a surface of the base steel sheet, wherein the ratio of an area occupied by pores to the entire area of a surface layer portion may be 10% or more in a cross section of the surface layer portion observed when the plated layer is cut in a thickness direction thereof.

Abstract: Provided is an HPF member having excellent bending characteristics and a hot-dip aluminum plated layer formed on a surface of a base steel sheet. The base steel sheet includes, in terms of wt %, 0.18-0.25% of C, 0.1-0.5% of Si, 0.9-1.5% of Mn, 0.03% or less of P, 0.01% or less of S, 0.01-0.05% of Al, 0.05-0.5% of Cr, 0.01-0.05% of Ti, 0.001-0.005% of B, 0.009% or less of N, the balance Fe and other impurities; a ferrite phase having a thickness within 50 μm is continuously or discontinuously formed inside a surface portion of the base steel sheet; the fraction of the surface portion occupied by the ferrite phase is 5% or less; and carbide materials having a size of 1 μm or less are scattered and distributed in the surface portion of the base steel sheet so as to occupy 90% or more of the overall carbide distribution.
