摘要: A process for manufacturing a non-stamped prealloyed steel coil, sheet or blank, comprising the following successive steps of: providing a non-stamped precoated steel coil, sheet or blank composed of a steel substrate covered by a precoating of aluminum, or aluminum-based alloy, or aluminum alloy, wherein the precoating thickness is comprised between 10 and 35 micrometers on each side of the steel coil, sheet or blank, then heating the non-stamped steel coil, sheet or blank in a furnace under an atmosphere containing at least 5% oxygen, up to a temperature θ1 comprised between 750 and 1000° C., for a duration t1 comprised between t1min and t1max, wherein: t1min=23500/(θ1−729.5) and t1max=4.946×1041×θ1−13.08, t1 designating the total duration in the furnace, θ1 being expressed in ° C. and t1min and t1max being expressed in seconds, then cooling the non-stamped steel coil, sheet or blank at a cooling rate Vr1 down to a temperature θi, then maintaining the non-stamped steel coil, sheet or blank at a temperature θ2 comprised between 100 and 500° C., for a duration t2 comprised between 3 and 45 minutes, so to obtain a diffusible hydrogen less than 0.35 ppm.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a hot-press formed part comprising a plated steel sheet and an aluminum alloy plated layer formed on the plated steel sheet, wherein the aluminum alloy plated layer comprises: an alloying layer (I) formed on the plated steel sheet and containing, by weight %, 5-30% of Al; an alloying layer (II) formed on the alloying layer (I) and containing, by weight %, 30 to 60% of Al; an alloying layer (III) formed on the alloying layer (II) and containing, by weight %, 20-50% of Al and 5-20% of Si; and an alloying layer (IV) formed continuously or discontinuously on at least a part of the surface of the alloying layer (III), and containing 30-60% of Al, wherein the rate of the alloying layer (III) exposed on the outermost surface of the aluminum alloy plated layer is 10% or more.

摘要: A method for manufacture of a hot-rolled steel sheet which includes: producing a liquid steel to which manganese, silicon, niobium, and chromium are added, the additions being made in a vacuum chamber, then desulfurizing the liquid metal without increasing its nitrogen content, then adding titanium, said additions being made so as to obtain a liquid metal having a chemical composition where the titanium and nitrogen contents satisfy: Ti/N>3.42, and the carbon, manganese, chromium, and silicon contents satisfy: 2.6C+Mn/5.3+Cr/13+Si/15>=1.1%, then casting a semi-finished product, then heating said semi-finished product to a temperature between 1250° C. and 1300° C. for a holding period at this temperature between 20 minutes and 45 minutes, then hot rolling said semi-finished product to a rolling end temperature TFL between 825° C. and 950° C., to obtain a hot-rolled sheet, then coiling said hot-rolled sheet at a temperature between 500° C. and 750° C. to obtain a hot-rolled and coiled sheet, then pickling the oxide layer formed in the previous steps.

An aspect of the present invention provides a hot press forming member having excellent resistance to hydrogen embrittlement, the hot press forming member comprising a base steel plate and an alloy-plated layer formed on the surface of the base steel plate, wherein the alloy-plated layer contains pores such that pores having a size of 5 μm or less constitute 3-30% of the surface area of the alloy-plated layer as viewed in a cross-section taken in the thickness direction of the member.
